Breona did a terrific job. We had to reschedule her services 2x, due to the renters not moving out when they said they would. Breona was so understanding and when we rescheduled, she accommodated us. The amount of work needed was more than she and I expected, but she made arrangements to come back and finish up. She did an amazing job with the place. There was nothing left undone. I’ve inspected many props after her and her her crew have completed cleans. Going above and beyond call of duty getting comforters cleaned off site, solving minor issues like dryer error codes, reporting damages in a vitally needed timeframe and even having some referrals for repairs. organization as Breona not only cleans but she is a leader and gets great results from her crews. Paying attention to details as I’ve seen her perform cleaning checks prior to completion. Guests and prop owners will know their property has been cleaned and cleaned well after Breona puts her efforts into it. She has become a part of many teams besides simply providing a service. Bree did a sensational job! I’ve hired several cleaning companies in the past. Each clean left me feeling like I overpaid for what was delivered. Bree was flexible, detailed and most importantly she listened when I told her focus on cleaning the floors. Our floors haven’t looked this clean since we moved in 4 years ago.
