Sales (Mary) and installation mgr (Lisa) were extremely helpful. The 3 men who did the work were friendly, helpful, professional. Beautiful job. The grout in 1 bathroom is darker than I ordered, but it's not a big deal. The men were right on time once, some hours late once. The accounting office was a different story: I paid 1/2 in advance. Only 2 weeks after the work was done I received a threat by mail that a lien could be placed on my house for failure to pay TDC, even though I'd paid 1/2 in advance and never received a statement for the balance. I paid the balance over the phone, explaining that I hadn't received a statement. Then I waited for a receipt. And waited. And waited. Two more phone calls and 11 days later, a receipt was mailed to me. Now, more than 2 weeks later, I still haven't received the explanation or apology I asked for from the accounting office for the lien threat. Obvious conclusion: Sales and installation are great, accounting is incompetent.

They were very accommodating. The colors were outstanding. They gave us some new ideas. They assisted us with the design of what we were going to purchase, and helped us with wall colors.

OUR PRICE MAY HAVE BEEN BETTER THAN THE REGULAR CUSTOMERS, BECAUSE WE DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, BUT I BELIEVE THEIR PRICES ARE BETTER THAN MANY. THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND I WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE, I'VE TRIED!
