They were very difficult to deal with throughout the project. Dumped sand in the street after I told them specifically not to (because the city would not allow it). This had the city calling me and almost citing me because of the issue. Whenever I brought up issues during the project, like the fact that I didnt think the stucco was setting up right, or that the first coat looped lumpy, the owner (Tony) had excuse after excuse and always told me, "we are not finished yet... it will look great when it is all completed. They used the wrong sheen of paint, and had to be forced to redo portions. The finished result:The stucco did not properly set up (either they did not hydrate it properly, or too much lime), and is crumbling. The finish is lumpy and uneven all over the house and walls. On a sand finish, you should expect swirls... this is not swirls... it is lumpy and uneven. They left the landscape an absolute mess. One Section that they did does not even match the rest of the house... they forgot to do it with the rest of the house, and then must have used a different kind of stucco and sand. They were contracted to do 2 coats of paint. They told me that they did, but afterwards, confirmed with another contractor expert that they only did one.The crew smoked crack or meth in front of my house which was confirmed by two different contractors that I had working on the remodel. I found out about this the day before they were to paint. The stucco will have to be redone. What a waste. Do not even consider using these guys. They were referred by a carpenter that I was looking at to do some work on my house.
Description of Work: Hired to re-stucco my house to upgrade to a sand finish from an old, rough freehand stucco finish. Completed a new stucco section of a remodel portion of the house. Built a sump block mailbox and stucco'ed. built up 2 sections of sump block walls and restucco'ed. 2 coats of paint were to be included.
