Sunny Energy is a Stellar company that we would highly recommend to any of our neighbors, friends or family. From start to finish, they informed us of all the steps in the process of installation and the communication didnâ t stop there. After installation we got a visit in person, asking if we were satisfied and if we had any questions at all about the product. We also received a virtual phone call from Michael who walked us through the system and how it works. He made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. As a consumer, communication means everything. You always want to understand your investment.

Sunny Energy communicated every step of the way on our Solar installation. Excellent customer service and a great product. The REC panels the provide are some of the best panels in the world and are NOT produced in China, one if the main reasons we chose Sunny Energy. I our initial contact with Sunny Energy was replied by Chris Wood the CEO and Owner. This type of response was the same for all staff we have dealt with. The fact that they donate to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital sealed the deal for us. Excellent Job Guys!!

This organization kept me informed during the entire process, from initial bid, permitting, approvals, installation and final instructions. There was an install cancellation and I was fortunate enough to be moved up by about three weeks. Inquiry began on December 28 2020, solar panels were up and running producing power on March 5, about a month and a half earlier than expected. The installation team arrived at about 7:30 AM, installed panels, inverters and all equipment and were done by 11. Pretty awesome. Fantastic group of professionals.

Everything along the way was very smooth. They dealt with all of the permitting and adjustments we needed to make to our project due to hiccups on our end. The company has excellent customer service and even did a virtual walk through once everything was hooked up so we knew how to monitor/care for the system.

From the initial sales contact that we initiated to the process of getting permits, approvals and installation the process was smooth, the communication was excellent and the end result has been as expected and promised. The above and beyond follow-up after our system was installed was very much appreciated, our interactions with everyone at Sunny was always professional and the responses always prompt. They definitely exceeded our expectations at every turn.

Everything's been great so far! The company had some good financial incentives (make sure it gets written into your contract!), the products they installed seemed good, they had a lot of people inform me along the way, and really appear that they're standing by their product for the long run. There's plenty of companies out there doing this right now so it's hard to say who's the "best". But so far I'm completely satisfied. Thanks!

Everything was very clear and transparent the way it should be no hidden fees, very communicative every single step of the way from where they are to what's next and when is expected of the process. You will immediately see the difference, other places where just trying to sell you panels and a system that I may not even need that much Higher APR longer term, they understood what i wanted out of my system and they exited my expectations Thank You.

I started my search for solar with 11 local companies. My research in the company, the panels, warranty, and value ultimately concluded with Sunny Energy. They under promised and over delivered. my system was done, saving money more than a month early! Sunny Energy is the right company for me!

I could not be happier with Sunny Energy and my decision to choose them for my solar installation. I researched multiple companies and chose Sunny because they were competitive, used excellent solar panels and inverters, and had great reviews on their post-installation support. I have to say, this company far exceeded my expectations. The sales person was patient and provided far more relevant information than any of their competitors. I am an engineer and I had a LOT of questions. Once I chose them as my installer, the staff kept me informed of next steps, they took care of all the permitting and inspections, and followed up after the installation with a great overview of how I could track the output of my system and how everything works. There was one point during the installation where someone at the bank miskeyed the amount of one of my payments. I called Sunny Energy and the owner went down to their bank and made sure it was fixed that day. I really had not expected this as I was just calling them to verify that I had written the check for the correct amount, but it did save us an evening of concern. I have never gotten this level of support from any organization, period. Bottom line, money well-spent! If I could rate them six stars out of five I would do so.

While the personnel service, knowledge, and expertise are very good, the written contract falls short. As written you have to pay for the work and material upfront, but you are allowed to violate the contract to pay as agreed (verbally) between you and the salesman. This could be dangerous and work against the customer if there is a disagreement. We did have one disagreement but the company was willing to make it right, so cudos for them. But be very careful, legally it could be a trap.

Every staff member I communicated with was kind and helpful. They keep you informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Sunny Energy.

Iâ d like to take a minute to reflect on my experience with Sunny Energy. I decided to do a solar system last November and contacted several recommended solar systems. After talking with four of those companies directly I selected Sunny Energy. The sales person was very knowledgeable and recommended a system that none of the others educated me on. It was a system with limited panels but got me the best rates. They were really great at explaining the various electric company rate systems and how I could do the best, without trying to sell me a huge number of panels. I appreciated their honesty. Once I decided they immediately went to work. They were also honest on the timeline. I was kept informed by email and phone calls every step along the way and always made sure I knew what was coming. They always showed up on time and did what was promised. I now have a working system and I am very happy with the system and the company. They even said they would come back and paint the conduit the same color as the roof as per HOA reminder. I think you will like your experience working with Sunny Energy and to this point the equipment is working as promised. I would certainly recommend Sunny Energy to family and friends. If I ever find that a larger system would be advantageous to me I will call Sunny Energy to do that work.

We had Sunny Energy install our 13.3Kw system and could not be happier. Process was very clear and easy to understand and they set realistic expectations unlike others we spoke with. We were informed through the entire process and any questions we had were quickly and professionally answered. Installers did a great job, worked very efficiently and were finished when they said they would be. The system production is higher than we expected and we are very pleased with our choice to use Sunny Energy.
