I had a great experience from start to finish with Sunny Energy. They were very responsive, very thorough and did a great job educating me on solar in general.

Sunny Energy LLC is the absolute best solar company out there! From their sales team, Sean Turgeon, to the installation team, inspection team, design team, to the account management team, overseen by Michael McCaffrey, everyone is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to help ensure all questions are answered and that you're aware of every step taking place. I was totally against solar, and now am reaping the benefits of earning monthly APS credits. Please give this company a chance to provide a consult for you and I promise you won't regret it.

Sunny Energy has been an excellent company to work with right from the beginning. After talking to David, who was so kind to spend so much time answering my questions, definitely helped me make the decision to go with them. A big thank you to the designers, installers and technicians to the final walk through with Michael and follow up with Melanie Customer Service Manager. If I could give them more than a 5-star rating, I would do that. My only negative comment would be on the scheduling. While 99% of the time the schedule coincided with mine, there was an incident where the technicians came earlier than the scheduled time and I wasnâ t ready for them. I was able to share my comments with Melanie for follow up. However, this would not stop me from still giving them a 5-star rating. Sunny Energy is an outstanding company. I liked the fact they hire their own employees rather than outsourcing. The website they have allows you to follow the progress of your project. This was very important for me to have as I was out of state for two months when this project started. It allowed me to stay on top of the progress that was being made. If there were any updates or issues, emails and texts were sent by them and if for some reason I needed to speak to someone, they were always available by phone. By the time I was back in the state they had everything ready for the install. They are also a very giving company in that they contribute to charitable organizations such as St. Jude Childrenâ s Hospital. I am very happy I went this company and looking forward to many years of saving dollars on my electric bill. A big thank you to everyone who works with Sunny Energy!!!

It has been an amazing experience. I had solar panels with a different company before and comparing both, this time around we've felt more confident on our purchase with Sunny Energy. The price was doable, the installation went smoothly, and the after care program was phenomenal!

Our electric company, SRP, referred us to three solar companies when we began our search for a solar system with battery backup. We knew weâ d made the right decision when Sunny Energy responded to my call within five minutes and only one of the other referrals contacted us about five days later. We began collaborating with Rich Mason at once to define and build our solar package. The entire process consisted of respect, courtesy, and professionalism from our first sales meeting, throughout the installation and final walkthrough meeting with Michael McCaffery and the Genrac Engineer. No question or concern was too insignificant. Each time, we were contacted by the proper individual and a resolution was conducted. We followed the process throughout on the customer portal. We would highly recommend you include Sunny Energy in your search for the best solar system for you. It was well worth every penny of our investment.

We began our solar journey by narrowing down the search to 3 companies, all appeared to have excellent ratings, until we did our homework. While we liked each salesperson we met, Sunny Energy stood above the rest. It started with the shocking fact that the 2 other companies were quoting a similar system for $20k more, selling us on the super low interest rate. Tarren from Sunny Solar explained the "mark up" that others quote is just to promote their lower interest rate. What a tremendous savings! I always felt informed throughout the process. The installers were well tuned and finished sooner than I expected. Chad explained the entire system and was so patient. The virtual walk through with Michael provided me with valuable resources as well as a better understanding of what to expect. I continue to feel like a valued customer whenever I have a question and look forward to sharing my unexpected near perfect experience with everyone. This company was prompt, informative and thorough. Once we were approved they notified us of the next step every time. All the work was completed on time and to perfection.

Sunny Energy. From the first phone call to our commissioning, the firm has been professional, trustworthy, and courteous. Simple easy to understand meetings with no pressure to sign on. They answered our questions quickly and their custom Dashboard communicated each step of the process at the push of a button. It was truly the BEST customer experience weâ ve had ever! Thank you to Sunny Energy for helping us harness the sunâ s power and for reducing our carbon footprint. It means a lot to us and our planet.

After meeting with 4 solar providers I had researched, I selected Sunny Energy. We financed through them and the whole process was flawless from approval through installation. The Installation subcontractor did break one roof tile but assured me that was the only damage. Our 15kW system is amazing and after the first six months I have only the loan payment for electricity cost. In Arizona, that is a budget saver! My system has had NO issues and puts out a minimum of 20kWs per day over our usage. We ran into one issue at the one year walkthrough on our house, finding out that the subcontractor they used had broken 23 tiles. It is my understanding that this subcontractor was fired shortly after our installation. I contacted Sunny Energy about the problem. They understood, that as a homeowner, I would not have known about the damage if it werenâ t for the builder 1 year walkthrough. They worked with me and were pleasant from the start. They repaired all the broken or damaged tiles, and did it within two weeks of contacting them. The main reason I am writing this review is because it is so hard to find a company that does it right and stands behind the product when a problem occurs. If you are looking for a solar system for your house, you would do well to go with Sunny Energy.

It's not often with a major purchase that the entire process was thoroughly explained and then played out that way. The service from Sunny Energy was impeccable from start to the commission of our solar system.

The System Is Efficient And High Quality. A Must Have Considering The Current Administration Are Making All Energy Costs Go Through The Roof!

In June of 2022 Sunny energy installed a 10.95kw DC solar system on my house consisting of 30 REC solar panels, 7.6kw Generac inverter, 4 optimizers, and a Generac PWCELL 18kwh Battery for a total cost of over $47 thousand. The system also provides emergency power for 6 critical circuits. All of the wiring conduit, switches, circuit breakers, meter boxes, etc. were included. A phone app and computer web app was provided for monitoring the performance of the system As of this writing, in the summer, the energy I am consuming from the power grid is near zero, and the battery still has 30% to 50% of charge remaining by morning. Winter will be more challenging, but I donâ t have that data yet. Sunny Energy, is a real and honorable company. They did what they said they would do with no significant surprises. Their sales engineer was knowledgeable and answered many questions, better than 2 other companies I also considered. Their project management team is well organized and their web tool provided good project tracking. They handled all permits and interface with the electrical utility (APS). The installation team was capable, polite, and fast. Their customer service people were knowledgeable and responsive. I can honestly recommend them. There is a lot to learn and understand about any solar system of this type. It is not as simple as cutting a check and having free power for life. The long term reliability and maintenance costs are yet to be determined. The components of my system are of good quality from honorable suppliers with good warranties, but the future is unknown. The cost of replacing my roof, when it eventually wears out is unknown. The future cost of energy is probably higher, but unknown. For now, my electricity bill is minimal, but not zero. The credit I get from APS for the considerable amount of power I provide to the grid is also minimal, but not zero.

Great experience from beginning to end. They were on time, cleaned up, friendly, no out sourcing as everything was done by Sunny Professionals. I highly recommend this company

Update- We have had Solar Energy Panels installed through Sunny in 2021 and it May 2022 and we love paying no electricity bills so far ð . Attached is our credit balance with APS to date :))) The system works great and the Sunny team is always there to help with any question or issues. It really is a life Long partnership with them and we are so glad we chose Sunny Energy. Our favorite person is Michael McCaffrey at Sunny Energy who is always there to help out with everything. We researched a lot of companies and found Sunny Energy to be the very best. Our sales Consultant, Graham McGilvray was extremely honest , forthright and never tried to over sell like the salesmen from the other solar companies we contacted . The quote they provided was the cheapest that we received for the panels they recommended and the entire system. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Didnâ t take more then three months . Sunny Energy took care of getting all the permits and approvals for us. We didnâ t have to worry about a thing. The installation was promptly done in a matter of a few hours and after that Sunny Energy took care of getting everything connected and running for us. Lastly Micheal McCraffrey provided us with an excellent training session to explain how our system works . The best thing is that itâ s a lifelong partnership with them and they will be there to troubleshoot in case any problems arise. Each and every person we had contact with at Sunny Energy was super friendly and extremely helpful. Couldnâ t have asked for a better Solar Energy Company. Truly believe they are the best in Arizona.

We performed extensive research on Solar companies in Arizona and narrowed it down to our top three with quality, warranty, cost and reputation as our highest priorities. Solar Energy was at the top of our list due to their reputation and quality of materials. Not all are the same. The panels made in Norway and electronics in South Korea for the most part. Not the cheapest bid we received, but not the most either. All were within a couple thousand of each other. The warranties were as good or better than the others. The whole process with Solar Energy was seamless, their communications were great, their software and monitoring programs and apps are top notch and easy to use. They handled all aspects of the installation including dealing with permits, the city, the electric company and the HOA. Commissioning the system was excellent and their follow up orientation, operating instructions and customer service was exemplary. A special thanks to David V, Michael M and Maria M for making this a truly easy and enjoyable process.

The sales team was very knowledgeable, walked me through every step. Everything went smoothly, HOA approvals, installation, electric company approvals. Now we are up and running and it's wonderful watching my electric bill go down!

My husband and I purchased our home about a year ago in a new built community in Buckeye, AZ. From day 1 we had so many different solar companies knocking on our door trying to "sell" us their product saying they were the best. But we never felt like any of them could fully answer our questions and make us feel "sold" on their product, due to the lack of information we were receiving from these other companies. We knew we always wanted to go solar in a our new home but we hadn't found the right company yet. I'm very satisfied with my experience with the office staff, and the install crew, they did a fantastic job, fast and clean work, and left a clean jobsite. The system is up and running

I researched 6 different companies and narrowed it down to 4 to get a quote. Sunny Energy wasnâ t the least or most expensive. What sold me was the knowledge my salesman David had. He explained everything from step 1 to finish,what to expect from my system, the CONFUSING SRP plans. Once I signed Sunny Energy handled everything for us. The HOA approval, permits,inspections,everything! They also have a project tracking site that I checked throughout the process. I did call a couple of times with questions and either got an answer right away or a call back in less than an hour. Installation crew Beta did the install and were fantastic! They even came back on their own to fix an issue in my attic they saw on a picture they took. The final hook-up electrician (Greg? Iâ m sorryI canâ t recall his name) is a perfectionist! He was also at my home when SRP came to do the final inspection. Everything passed the first time, as I expected from watching the crews! We also had a Zoom meeting with Michael and our engineer Maria. They both went over the operation of the system and the app. So now I sit back and watch my electronic bill go down everyday! I couldnâ t be happier with my system and Sunny Energy!

I received quotes from 5 different solar companies before choosing Sunny Energy. They werenâ  t the least expensive or the most expensive. Multiple factors went into me finally choosing Sunny Energy. A friend had referred me to them, and he was happy with his experience. I was impressed with my salesperson David Vernon. He was very knowledgeable and responded to all my emails very quickly. Several of the other companies I was considering lost interest in responding after they sent me a quote. At one point during the sales process, things got a little contentious, but David took responsibility, which meant a lot and we moved forward. After several months, I finally made my decision and chose Sunny. I was quickly contacted by members of the installation team and my portal was set up. There were some unexpected hiccups along the way, but the issues and my concern were promptly addressed by the Sunny team. I guess you can tell more about a company how they respond when things go wrong rather than when everything goes right. I felt every member of the Sunny team really cared about doing the best job possible and they were all pleasant and knowledgeable in their respective duties. After the system was set up and producing, I had my final walk through with Michael McCaffrey. He did a great job explaining all the components of the systems as well as the doâ  s and donâ  ts. He answered all my questions and didnâ  t make me feel rushed even though I think we went over our allotted time. Melanie was awesome too! There were ups and downs during the process, but after everything was completed and I had time to reflect, I am very pleased with my experience with Sunny Energy and certainly feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

We didn't know much about Solar and were very happy with this process from start to finish! Trey and Terran were very helpful and made sure all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. The work was done on time and we had constant communication Throughout the process. We are so happy with our system And with Sunny Energy!!

From the beginning to the end I can say we are 100% satisfied with Sunny Energy. Angel was our first initial point of contact and she explained the process very well. Every step was shown on a timeline that we could access 24/7 to see where we were at during the project and emails were also sent to explain the current or upcoming step. We did not question the project throughout the timeline. due to how well the project was explained and how well expectations were set. No surprises. After the installation was complete, we met with a well informed representative from the company who completed a walkthrough of our new system, explained readouts, variations of readouts, what to look for so we know the system is working properly, when to call the office if not, what to expect for turnaround time if something does pop-up. Needless to say, there is a plan, all parties are organized, and willing to help. We feel 100% confident with our purchase, installation, material used, warranty help- if ever needed, maintenance of the panels, and will definitely recommend Sunny Energy to our family and friends if they are looking to purchase solar!
