SteamKing Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning

Scammers, rude and terrible customer service. Discussed the details of my tile cleaning with booking agent. When the techs arrived they didn’t clean under the rug, yet I was charged for the square footage - they charged me for 500sq ft - my entire house is only 1100 Sq ft and we didn’t have the bedrooms done. It doesn’t add up. They are rude when I called to ask for clarity. I’ll never do business with them again.

Deceptive, confrontational, and harassing. Looking to recoup in small claims court or with a lawsuit. Hired SteamKing for air duct and area rug cleaning. After service, found large 4 foot scratch in the flooring where the technician dragged the couch across the room and produced the scratch. I called SteamKing (sent an email with video and pictures) and they said that a supervisor would come out and assess. The same techs from the day previous returned the next day to try and fix their mistake. Was told they could do nothing, and that they were being "set up". Tech was confrontational, unprofessional and denied responsibility. There is overwhelming video evidence to show they were at fault. Asked tech and his partner to leave my home multiple times, as they were not helpful and I would be taking it up with his superiors. They refused to leave after being asked multiple times, and began to harass me in my own home. The confrontation and harassment was also recorded. Spoke with supervisor, not helpful. Would not recommend.

This company ruined our wood laminate floors, soaking them with water. After two weeks of the runaround, not a single call back, they now deny responsibility. Even after 2 of their techs said they caused the damage. They will try and upsell when they show up, and the price will be double what was quoted on the phone. NEVER use this company. Wish I’d seen the F-rating with the BBB beforehand.
