For a residential dwelling, your driveway must be clear for him to back in close to your dwelling as reasonably possible and a nearby outside water supply source with spigot is highly desired. You are responsible for having to move your own furniture, i.e., if you don't move furniture, he'll clean around it as much as possible, the more furniture you move, the more thorough job he can perform. Your choice. Regardless, whatever he cleans, he cleans very well. Very professional, personable and polite. When he finishes, your fans are usually run for a short time to help accelerate the drying time. Nice smell when he finishes. We've repeatedly used him over the years.

This was a newly purchased home with two rooms of carpeting that had not been replaced. Steve came in and made them look like new!

The experience was great. The guy doing the work was nice, personable and professional. I didn't compare their prices. I have used them three times in the past and will continue to use them.

.Steamin' Steve did a good job. He always answered all my questions. He told me what he was going to do and what he had accomplished as far as cleaning carpets. At one time he did even the grout and the tile we had even without asking me or charging me like an additional bonus. At one time we had him do the sofas. So he can do a bunch of different things not just the carpets alone.

This is the best carpet cleaning company we have ever used.

Steamin’ Steve is a one man company and Steve does all the work. He does a great job. Our carpets are always really clean when he gets finished. He is courteous and prompt. He always shows up when he is supposed to. We think that he is a great carpet cleaner. We haven’t used anyone else for carpet cleaning since we found Steve. The service was great, but I think that he is a little bit expensive. However, there is never any hidden cost and he tells you right upfront about the price. You can probably get the work done from someone else for cheaper, but I don’t know if it would turn out well. We would use his services in the future too.

They did a wonderful job. The technician was very professional and showed up the next day after I had called. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services.

This is the second time in the last few months I have used this company; first for home recently sold then for new home. Steve was very responsive to my timeline with little notice, he came exactly when I needed him to and did his customary thorough and high-quality job. Steve is very professional and personable as well. Carpets were very clean after treatment and dried quickly...the movers came with furniture early the next morning. I highly recommend Steamin Steve.

Everything was very good. He may not be the cheapest but he does an outstanding job.

He was a little higher on price than others, but he was worth it. He has a truck mounted machine that he designed himself and the hoses are the only things that come into your house. The machine was really powerful and it didn't get the carpet too wet. It dried quickly.

Steamin' Steve does excellent work. He was also cheaper than some of the other large companies that we had tried in the past. We had a really good experience with him.

Steve has been cleaning our carpets 1-2 times a year for the past 12 years--ever since our house was built. His work is exemplary--the fact that we still have our original carpets, even in high-traffic areas, speaks to the quality of his work. He is professional, punctual, and very reasonably priced. He returns calls promptly and has always been able to give us an appointment in a short time frame. We wouldn't hire anyone else to do the job.
