No information was given regarding age of products or installation requirements. Paid for delivery. One toilet was missing parts. The other was missing an installation kit needed to install. We were never told about the need to have an install kit. The store was lacking in customer service; the manager never returned my call. The sales rep acknowledged the problems, but did little to accommodate our inconvenience. Obviously this store does not understand customer service. They must deal with contractors and not individuals. One would do better at a traditional retailer.

Worst Experience of my life. I will never again purchase anything from them as they are unprofessional at best.
Description of Work: I purchased a tub and fixtures for two bathrooms. The tub that was delivered had a leak and when I asked American Express to hold payment until the issue was resolved, the Manager made threating comments to me. I was forced to call the police and the headquarters in San Diego. The end result was I returned all of the merchandise and received my money back. However, many months later and I still have not received the full amount of the items I returned.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICK. THE WORK THEY DID LOOKS EXCELLENT. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT DONE FAIRLY QUICKLY. THEY WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY CUT A SPACE OUT OF MY WOODEN CABINETS FOR A MICROWAVE AND THEN INSTALLED THE MICROWAVE.
