Description of Work: Installed a Solatube skylight in upstairs bathroom in one hour. Made sure that work area in bathroom was covered to protect from the dust as result of cutting into ceiling. We met their sales associate at a local home show. They were extremely easy to work with, the prices were reasonable, and they arrived when they said they would. They were very flexible in meeting our installation needs. The installer and sales person were wonderful and I would highly recommend them. They did such a good job installing our solar tube, we had them come back a year later and install two solar attic fans. We also plan on having them return to install another solar tube. Additionally, the sent us a letter in January to remind us of a tax credit we could claim. We were very impressed!

I received a call one minute before they were supposed to be here (0700 AM) and was told they would be about 20 minutes late. They arrived and completed the job within three hours. Tarps were placed to keep the floors clean, there was no unexpected problems. They were friendly and professional. I was given a multiple installation discount 30-35%, and was given a tax receipt for state and federal tax breaks worth up to 50% of the total cost. They were very helpful in keeping the cost down, I looked into this almost ten years ago and with the rebates and discount I paid only about 50 dollars more than what they cost back then. I love the natural light coming into the house and have found myself attempting to shut off lights that are not even on, because the light is so bright now. That old dark hallway bathroom and the master closet shine like there is no roof at high noon. Completely satisfied, and I will be calling them back to install more in the future.

I was very pleased with this company because they did everything they said they were going to do and they were very thorough. I would definitely recommend them. I thought that their prices were fair.

THIS IS THE SECOND LIGHT THAT I HAVE HAD INSTALLED BY THIS COMPANY. I HAVE HAD NO LEAKS FROM THE FIRST ONE AND WAS JUST AS PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE SECOND. THE INSTALLER SUGGESTED PLACEMENT ON THE SOLAR TUBE FOR THE MAXIMUM BENEFIT, WHICH WAS NOT WHERE I HAD INITIALLY WANTED THE LIGHT, BUT AFTER HIS EXPLANATION, I COULD SEE HIS REASONING. HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD PLACE IT WHEREVER I WANTED IT. THE INSTALL AND CLEAN UP WAS QUICK. THE INSTALLER ARRIVED EARLY. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS. I FELT COMFORTABLE AND UNSTRESSED WITH THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES.
Description of Work: I HAD ONE 14-INCH SOLAR TUBE AND SOLAR ATTIC FAN INSTALLED IN THE ROOF. THE COMPANY INSTALLED AS SOON AS WAS POSSIBLE WITH MY UNUSUAL SCHEDULE.

Description of Work: It took over two months to get an appointment. The tech was 45 minutes late and didn't apologize. He drilled holes without asking or trying attic access. Thankfully, he then stated that he wasn't qualified to do the work. I called his company to request they send out another person. They said no, just leave, we can't do the job. No one qualified even bothered to come out and take a look. They never called me to apologize for being so late or to discuss what happened. When my husband called to talk to them, the girl in the office was rude and ignorant. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They tell people they are the only game in town. If that's true, I say don't play the game. Go to anyone other than them for your work. It can't be worse.
