The technician came in checked our a/c units and said some coils were damaged due to the age of the central units. He gave an estimate of $2500 repair cost. We told him that we'd think about it and just paid him the service fee of $55. We brought in another guy from American Home Shield and all he said that was wrong with our a/c units were low on refrigerant (Freon) and he charged us $60 and now my whole house is blowing cold air. I mean from $2500 from HomeAdvisor to just $60 from AHS. YOU BE THE JUDGE.

Had a new Ac unit installed on a rental condo. They did a great job in a couple of days after initial called. Set up a crane to get it on the roof. Working great so far.

After doing extensive research on this project, SMW Technician Sean proved to be most knowledgeable and genuinely committed to providing the best product, service and price. His team, Fidel and Noe, professionally orchestrated the installation of my new Trane unit smoothly and time efficiently, patiently answering any inquiries along the way. Undoubtedly, SMW is the way to go if looking for an HVAC company! Highly recommended!

I did sign up for the 5 year plan, with a lot of bonuses included. It did cost a bit of money, but hopefully in the long run, it will be beneficial, I was having the annual check up done and didn't know where to go. So the real review would be after 5 years.

The lead team was very professional and the installers were prompt, accommodating and professional. They were very clean; no need to clean-up after the work was completed, both in and outside.

Value is 3.0 because I think I overpaid but that was my choice. Service is 4.5 becasue the sales rep. didn't follow up when he said he would but the owner of the company came to my house on a Saturday to assist with an issue I reported so i rated 4.5. The issue turned out to not be something they did or didn't do. Quality is 4.0 because they didn't advise me to cover up all the contents in the room to avoid heavy dust layer on everything in the room. Otherwise it would be a 5.0.

From the first communication to the end of the service I could not have been more satisfied. I went through Home Advisor when my air conditioner stop working in the middle of the night. SMW called me first thing in the morning (very impressive). The service rep was extremely good at her job and left me with a feeling of confidence about SMW and the job I needed to have done. The service was on time and excellent. My air conditioning repair was done quickly, professionally, and with a pleasant but professional demeanor. The cost was reasonable and all work was explained in detail. They are at the top of my list for future business. thank you Matt and Chelsey.

Great all around job very friendly and professional

My AC went out on a Friday right around 5:00 pm on Friday as I was leaving for the evening. Ugh.... I put a request into Home Advisor and SMW was the first to call. They said they would be out at 8:00 am on Saturday as per my request. A employee by the name of Branden was here at 8:00 and by 9:45 he was leaving and my AC was working. The problem was a fuse up on the AC unit(the best possible scenario to have) which only cost $20.00. He suggested I change out the box as it was melted and was a fire hazard, the box itself was a couple hundred dollars and I could have just left it but he showed me where it had melted so I bit. But I could have left it alone as he did not try to upsell anything. I am budgeting for a future new AC system and I will definitely be getting a bid from SMW when the time comes.

My tech is an Army Veteran. I like that this company hires Vets!
