Shower and Bath Connection LLC

I have used Shower and Bath Connection for three separate remodel jobs. My wife and I are extremely happy with all of the work done by this company. Prior to the work beginning, we were given info on where to look for items and were given many great suggestions on what works and what doesn't. We are very happy with his recommendations. The workers that came into our home were very professional, clean cut and pleasant to be around. Some of the work ran a little longer than originally scheduled for, but overall, the work was completed within a reasonable time. The estimates given were very accurate and I feel the price of all the work done was reasonable. I will continue to use Shower and Bath Connection for any remodel/repair work.

We had been interviewing contractors for our Master Bathroom remodel for over a year and a half, and when Lon came in it was a breath of fresh air. One of the first things he told us was why some of the things we were thinking of doing could be problematic, and then he told us why he thought so. Wow, honesty. He did a great job giving us suggestions and worked with us to finalize the design. Our one bathroom project turned into a two bathroom project along the way, since when Lon opened up the wall to put in the recessed cabinets we realized we could access the leaking valve in the second bathroom without ripping out the tile in the second bathroom, which was a great cost savings for us. Lon was very flexible about adding this project. The project started early, and even with the extra bathroom added in, Lon met the time estimate that he gave us for the Master Bathroom. I thought all of Lon's people were extremely professional, and I was very happy with how clean the work area was kept. We have a third bathroom to do before the start of the new year, and we will be calling Lon again to do the work. Lon was a delight to work with and we are looking forward to getting the last bathroom all spiffed up. Then, I guess it will be the kitchen...

Lon is a very professional contractor with excellent ideas on what will look good in an area. He hears what the owners' need and want and makes good suggestions. We had our master bathroom remodeled and it came out far better than we expected. Often we comment that it's better than many bathrooms at expensive hotels or spas! Lon suggested new lighting for our kitchen and we were very pleased with the outcome. Once he starts the job, he completes it in a timely manner so that the disruption to the house is minimal.

The entire remodel and update project went extremely well. Lon and his crew did an outstanding job and were indispensable in their suggestions and guidance. They were always on time, courteous, professional, and a joy to have in our home. We could not have done all this without the guidance from Lon. We fully trust Lon's professional opinion, ability, personal taste and relationship with the retail outlets that have to be visited for selection of materials needed. Lon's entire crew treat their task as if they were doing it on their own home. The entire project took longer than originally planned as we first planned to do the bathrooms then added the other areas because Lon and his crew have a multitude of capabilities.

He was outrageously priced. He was 5 times the amount that I got from somebody else that I hired. He was cordial and prompt.

Lon Libsack, owner of Shower and Bath Connection LLC, and his team were professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. Quality of materials used and craftsmanship was excellent. Any questions or requests were answered in a timely and honest manner. Finished product looks amazing, we recommend Lon to anyone remodeling a bathroom and will use him again in the future. As this was our first renovation, we were unsure of where to start. Over a year ago, a leak in the bathroom had inspired us to take a sledge hammer to our upstairs bathroom. We stripped the bathroom down to the studs and tried to begin planning the renovation. We quickly realized we were over our heads and didn't know where to start! We had many contractors come in to quote us on the project but Lon was the first one who was honest with us. He didn't hesitate to educate us on what would and wouldn't work. His honesty was much appreciated from the usual sales type technique that we found with other contractors. He was very conscious of our price point and was more than willing to work with us to ensure that we stayed within our budget. Lon was able to steer us in the right direction by providing a list of nearby showrooms to begin narrowing down the choices in bathroom fixtures. During the renovation process we felt comfortable with his team in our home. He and his team also went the extra mile to suggest we touch up our kitchen lighting while they were working on the bathroom upstairs since the kitchen was directly underneath it. What a difference the new recessed and pendant lighting made in our kitchen! In addition to his suggestions he was more than willing to accommodate to our perfectionist type A personalities. He was willing to make any touchups we requested, no matter how small! The finished result is a bathroom that we never want to leave! It reflects our style and personality and the experience was so pleasant we are already planning our next project!

This is the second time I have ued Lon's company and he is fantastic and the finished product is always even better than I could imagine. His price was good and the quality of materials used was excellent. Most importantly is his committment to doing maticulus work and only using contractors up to his very high standards. He is also always on time and when he gives you a timeline for the work, it is always exactly when he says he will finish. He and his staff always leave your house each day only after totally cleaning up after their work. I can highly recommend him to anyone and he will be remodeling my kitchen and floors in the future. I would never use anyone else.

All the work went very well with exceptional and professional performance. Workers were always clean, sober, and very polite. It was a pleasure to have them as guests rather than workers. Lon was very cooperative and gave excellent advice to make this a great project with the finished product being something that we take pride in. His advise is treasured and it made the project so much easier than expected. We are blessed to have such a good group to improve the beauty of our home. We are continuing to remodel the other bathrooms and the kitchen.

Overall, they did an excellent job. They were very professional. They used high quality materials. They worked well with the designer. They always made sure the job site was well cleaned up and maintained. I would highly recommend them.

We worked with Lon about 4 years ago when he did a complete renovation of our master bathroom. That job went very well, so I was happy to see Shower and Bath on Angie's List. I contacted Lon at around noon on the Saturday before Christmas, after determining we had a large underslab hot water leak late Friday afternoon. He made arrangements to arrive early Monday morning with a plumber he works with on a regular basis. They showed up as promised. There was a lot of wall cutting and exploring to find the lines, but the new-bypass for the leaking section was working within a few hours. Lon and crew then patched the drywall and then textured it to match the adjacent portions. I painted it myself, applying a base coat of flat paint before the finish coat, and the results were so good I could not find the repair areas even though I knew where they had been. We had company scheduled for Christmas and the timely efforts of Lon made it possible to enjoy the Holiday as planned. The water leak was about 1.5 gallons per minute, so we had the valve on the cold water supply to the water heater closed except for about 10 minutes per day when everyone got a chance for a hot shower. It was great to have "routine" hot water again! Thanks to Shower and Bath Connection and to Lon for another job well done! He should definitely be on your "short list" for similar remodeling and repair projects.

It went great. Lon and his staff were very good. They completed the job in a timely manner and were very neat and clean. Lon and his staff are always on time and always answer your questions. Lon always answers your phone calls. We were very happy with the whole job. We will be usings Shower and Bath for our next remodeling project. We felt safe leaving Lon and his crew in the house alone. You cant go wrong using Shower and Bath.

They did pretty much everything and it was perfect. They were here on time and they charged precisely what they quoted. They were right out to do any minor repair that needed to be done. Their price was one of the least expensive than the other estimates we got.

I was very pleased with the results. Lon exceeded my expectations--he wore several hats...general contractor, decorator, purchasing agent, scheduler, accountant, therapist, and "doer". His pricing was very reasonable, and he had access to many good places to pick out what I needed. Since I did not use a decorator, he was actually quite adept at offering fabulous suggestions, most of which I used. He had good-to-excellent people he used on his job and I felt comfortable giving them all the run of my house while the work was being done. There were reliable and professional. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and actually spent my money as though it was his own--always looking at ways to accomplish what I wanted in more economical ways while not impacting quality. He was very organized and did an amazing job of scheduling people, because just about every trade was represented in this project. To top it off, I also had a pool remodel and some roofing repairs underway at the same time, and they often had to work around those companies. Quite a challenge!

Lon provided ideas and suggestions including color recommendations for tile and countertops. His suggestions were never "pushy", but always worthy of serious consideration. His thoughts kept us from making more than one mistake. His crew were always very pleasant to have in the house, polite, and excellent at their jobs. They were trustworthy. They cleaned up well at the end of each day, and were professional in every way. They have an eye for excellence.

Project was measured and discussed. I picked out tile and e-mailed him the name. Never heard from him again!!!

The entire project went extremely well. Lon Libsack provided valuable professional advice during the decision-making process, and he and his team did an outstanding job on the remodeling. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and they did their work with a minimum of disruption. We would gladly hire them again.

This was a terrific experience and I am so happy with not only the results (that were absolutely beautiful) but with the professional behavior of Lon and the contractors he used.The finished product was spectacular., Lon's estimate was exactly what I paid, there were no sudden "added surprises". the job took exactly 4 weeks as promised and the crew came daily and on time and always finished and totally cleaned up and left at a reasonable hour- something that rarely happens with remodeling jobs. I am using shower and Bath to remodel my other bathroom next year and also to redo all my floor. I would highly recommend him to anyone doing any type of remodeling. Oh by the way, he also has great taste and ideas on what to do if you want some guidance - as I did and surely appreciated his input.

As well as a complete remodel can go! We knew that good work takes time, so we were prepared for the 5 1/2 weeks it took to ensure it was done right. We wanted a bathroom that would last 20 years and not have to remodel again in 3-5 years because of poor workmanship. In the end we got exactly what we wanted and the right team to work with us to implement it. If you're worried about poor quality work, you need not worry with Lon's team at Shower and Bath Connections. Lon is a perfectionist that delivers on his word and workmanship. We had a good idea of what we wanted in the construction and the final design, so we insisted on quality materials from the beginning. Lon worked with us to help modify a few items to reduce maintenance and care of the materials. Lon was very flexible from the start, thus facilitating the fast finalization of the remodeling plan and contract signing. Demolition started two and half weeks after the contract was signed and was completed in 2 days. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up the work site so as not to leave anything dangerous for our two young children to play with. We wanted waterproofing material (NobleSeal TS) around all areas that would be exposed to water; i.e. shower walls and tub surround, so as to minimize the risk of water leakage due to material breakdown. Lon's team had prior experience this material and knew exactly how to install the system properly. We made several changes to the plan during the remodel and Lon was very flexible in listening to our needs, concerns, provided feedback on our requests and was able to handle our change request to the project very quickly. Lon's team was on-site every day and on-time to keep the project moving forward on schedule. There were a few days where no work was performed while waiting for ordered materials to be delivered. Once the material did arrive on-site, Lon and his team were back at work. In summary, we could not be more happier with our new master bathroom remodel. Not only because of the new modern look we now have, but because we know it was built right the first time! The Shower and Bath Connections team are quality craftsmen with years of experience in this area and take pride in delivering a quality product to their customer.

I got a rough estimate from the owner, then called them back to move forward. They sent me to pick out cabinets, floor tile, fixtures, paint, granite, etc, which I provided back. They then submitted a detailed bid, made a number of suggestions for details, and I authorized the work. They began on schedule, we worked through any questions I had or they had, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I was impressed with all aspects of the project. The employees, the subcontractors, the finished product - it is just a remarkable change!

Overall, things went great! We had only a general idea of the changes we wanted to make. Lon made suggestions about the shower (making it walk-in with no door), adding some curves to the soffits/tub deck/shower wall (so the room was less angular), and framing the mirrors. All great ideas that didn't even occur to us. Even during construction Lon and his crew came to us with ideas and suggestions about details, like the accent tiles in the shower for the back splash, how the tile was laid out, etc. Again, these are things we didn't think of prior to construction, but that make a huge difference for the final product. The crew was friendly, courteous, and prompt during construction and made an effort to contain the mess/disturbance.

Lon and his crew did and excellent job. He is a perfectionist, ensuring that the work is completed to a very high standard. His crews are very polite, always clean up after themselves and we were very comfortable in having them in our home. Lon initially turned this job down because he said he wasn't comfortable putting the rather expensive granite tile that we had picked out over the substandard frame work that the builder had installed for the original whirlpool tub. As it turned out I am very glad that we listened to him. He also had some ideas like installing a chandelier over the whirlpool tub that we hadn't thought of but liked very much. The only downside was that the work drug on but this was primarily an issue because the glass manufacturer had a broken part and we had to wait a couple of weeks until the new part could be shipped, installed and our glass manufactured.

Shower & Bath Connection did a real fantastic job. Some problems arose, but they were not at fault. They are an extremely professional company that is punctual and hard working. I would recommend them to everyone.

Shower & Bath Connection took a little longer than I expected however the work was immaculate. I was very happy with the finished product. Everything turned out just the way we wanted it to. I would highly recommend them to others.

Lon, the contractor, did much of the work himself, always considerate and was there when he said he would be. His guys were great to work with. Everyone always cleaned up any mess before they left for the day. Martin, the tile guy, was awesome, the tile came out better than I had ever hoped. So pleased with the way everything turned out.

The work was done beautifully, in a timely fashion by good craftsmen that work and have worked for Lon. They all communicated well and worked with the scheduling with us. The work was done with pride and with confidence. They gave and received ideas well and I have no complaints, just praise.
