Description of Work: I asked for a complete master bath remodel. They showed up within a week and reviewed my goals and I have not heard back or even received an email. Maybe it just takes them a long time but after two weeks to not even receive a quote means I probably could not complete the project by the new year.

We could not be happier with the results of the complete renovation of our second floor including all flooring, new master bath and second bath. The installation crew was very careful in our home and consistently exceeded our expectations. Would recommend Lon and his crew in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Exceptional work on total kitchen, master bath, study and fireplace redo. We had never done such an extensive remodel before and could have been overwhelming. The difference here is Lon. He was accessible, patient and made sure we were happy. He "suggested" us away from many potential mistakes both in design and costs. What started as a master bath redo turned into kitchen complete rework, study, flooring, painting and fireplace. The more we worked with Lon the more comfortable we became with giving him more. Crew is top notch and workmanship was very impressive. Very fair on pricing and flexible as we were slow on final decisions on several important items (did I mention we had not done this before?).

Description of Work: I called Lon to finish a shower demo and grout work on my floor.. I supplied all the materials in terms of grout, floats, sponges, etc. 99.8% of my floor was already in and just some minor cuts needed to be done. He presented an estimate to finish my floor and shower of $35.00 per hour, per man with a total for all the work including the shower of $3899.00. I gave him a deposit and he proceeded to take full advantage of the "per man, per hour" by having 6 men at my house of which only 2 would be working. He then proceeds to tell me that I owe him way more than the $2000.00 deposit I gave him to finish the floor in addition to the 3899.00 for the shower. He was rude, unprofessional, and had no conscience about putting men on a job that had nothing to do just to increase his hourly sum. As for my shower, it was already demolished, all that needed to be done was to take out the bench and curb. Instead he took the drywall and backer board off and left me with just studs. He will take advantage of any situation given the opportunity.

Description of Work: Emailed at 6:00 am and got a call at 8:45 am. Can't ask for more than that. Lon was very instructive but they are 35 miles from me and out of the area. Thank you Angie's list for giving me there name when I searched within 20 miles.

Description of Work: I contacted the company regarding kitchen cabinet installation and was told that they would only install cabinets from their fabricators. This after inquiring whether it was cabinets only? I guess they want to do all or nothing (flooring to countertops).

Description of Work: I contacted this company to replace the counter tops in my bathrooms with granite slab and to replace the fixtures and mirrors. I was also interested in doing some tile work in the kitchen and remodeling my laundry room.

New wall wood framed medicine cabinet. New wall sconce light fixtures. Repair wall and replace closet door with sliding mirror door. New sliding door to toilet area and new toilet. Painted. Remove bathroom large window and replace with glass blocks. Hall general bath had new marble counter top with 2 new under counter sinks and fixtures, new glass shower door, new corner medicine cabinet, new light fixture and new toilet.
