Description of Work: AC wasn't cooling properly. They had to order a part, but it was still In warranty so didn't have to pay for the part, but the process was pretty complicated and the labor seemed kind of high to me. However, I have used them for years for AC service, and the same as this time, they stayed in touch until the part arrived, promptly installed it, were polite, professional and as prompt as possible.

Description of Work: I have used Scottsdale air for many years. I have always been very satisfied with the service. The air condition unit would not turn on. The technician quickly found the trouble and replaced a coil on the air handler unit. We were back in the cool air in a short amount of time. Great job.
