Description of Work: I was told by another air conditioning company that I needed numerous repairs and that I needed a new air conditioner, like immediately. I called Scottsdale Air and they came over and looked at it. My current AC only needed one repair, the other company lied to me. Because my AC was almost 11 years old, I decided to purchase a new one instead of putting money in to the old one. Steve came over and we discussed purchasing the new AC. What impressed me the most, Steve was not at all pushy about selling me his product and we talked at great length about three different types of AC. The price sounded excellent to me, especially after the previous dishonest company tried to see me an off brand for $3,000 more. I ended up getting what I wanted, a Trane and I could not be more pleased with the way this company handled everything, from the sale through the installation.

Description of Work: My A/C went out several times in last 2 weeks and required several diagnosis. After the initial trip charge, the remaining trips and labor costs were covered.The thermostat was replaced, but the unit stopped working again. The final diagnosis was a bad relay. It was replaced Sunday and the unit has been running well ever since. All credit to the tech, Scott, who came out three times and stayed at it until the unit worked.
