It was great. They didn't want any money until they were done and I could inspect it. I am having him back in the fall to give me an estimate on painting my home.
Description of Work: A truck pulled up in front of the house today because they noticed I was missing numerous shingles from my roof. A lovely older gentleman came to the door and said he could give me an estimate on fixing the missing and loose shingles. He estimated $175. He and his son fixed the shingles right then. He also caulked and painted around the vents on the roof for $25. Since he was already here I asked him about this HUGE crack in my block wall. He fixed it for $25. All in all I'd say it was a good day and I felt like I got a teriffic deal.
