I called Rescue One Air and needed a repair ASAP. They wasted no time in making that a priority. Joshua Edwards was the tech that came out and he was 100% on everything he did from communication to replacing the part needed. Joshua was knowledgeable, kind, well mannered, thorough and made short work of the replacement. I highly recommend Rescue One Air and will definitely be using them again for any future repairs and A/C maintenance. I feel I made the best choice by calling them out. I canâ  t thank them enough. Iâ  d also like to note that the repair was very affordable and fair priced.

Pat, Nate and their helper replaced the AC Coils for one of our units. They did a great job and got our unit back to working the same day, even with the heat in our attic. A big job and they handled it professionally, Thank you

Josh Edwards did a fantastic job! Our a/c broke down and he was able to get it up and running quickly. He was very knowledgeable and his expertise was outstanding. He explain everything in detail so that I understand what was going on with the hvac. He took his time to show me what he saw and other maintenance that was needed so that I was aware. He fully explain the warranty and was so patient with my father. This is the company you should go to because they are fair and took care of us. We will be back because the manager worked with us. My service technician was Josh Edwards. I was very impressed with him, and I will ask for him every time in the future. He was knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. I felt he was very honest. He even showed me how I could save money. He also saw my son and I struggling to move a piece of furniture, he stepped in to help unsolicited. He is a huge asset to your company.

As he worked, he explained everything, did a nice job cleaning the hallway vent & Finished the job in a timely fashion. My furnace stopped running on a Saturday. Thinking I would be paying a higher price for weekend, but Saturday is a normal work day so I saved money. I have a 10 year maintenance plan so it cost me nothing. Randy came out and checked the system. He was very professional. After a few minutes, I was convinced that he could get my system back up and running. Very personable guy. I continue to give great praise to Rescue One Air for job well done. Highly recommend them.

Rescue One has been my A/C service company for the past 5 years. They come out twice a year to do check ups and maintenance on my A/C and Air handler. They do an excellent job. This company is very honest, reputable, punctual, and professional. Randy was my service guy. He was on time, took the time to explain everything. He took his time, vacuumed my air handler, sprayed and cleaned my A/C unit. He was great. Highly recommend this company.
