Description of Work: My house was broken into by breaking the sliding glass door and they bent the frame. I saw an ad in the newspaper then looked them up in Angie's list. I went to their showroom saw all the doors and how they were constructed. I was very pleased. The only problem was it took 2 months for them to build the door. Each door is specifically made to the opening of the frame. It's guaranteed not to warp for the life of the door. They called me when it was ready for the install and setup a time that was convenient for me. The install went in without a hitch.

Description of Work: I had them replace the four windows on the west side of my house which receive the direct sun. They removed the plantation shutters the day before the installation and replaced them the day after the installation was completed. The installers were professional and did a fantastic job. The new windows are look great and reduce the heat substantially. The windows were expensive but are worth the extra cost and add to the resale value of our house. We are having the remaining windows replaced as well.

Description of Work: Did not use do to the ridiculous price for the replacement windows. Salesman was not professional. Offered a $5,000.00 discount if we signed today!

Description of Work: We had two 6' sliding glass doors and one 4' x' 6' window replaced. The work was scheduled, the workers showed up on time and did an excellent job replacing all three. The finished work is beautiful.

Description of Work: Replaced a sliding door to our patio. They were very expensive and their consulting on color selection was very poor. Once installed, we were very unhappy with the color selection. We contacted them about this but received no response from them as promised.

Description of Work: Renewal by Anderson removed my single pane windows and replaced them with Fibrex framed, double pane windows. Two young men comprised the team and were most efficient in staging the windows, installing the framing, inserting the double pane glass, and trimming the inside edges of the window.

This involved an initial measurement and order placement, a second, more refined measuring and photo effort, and then removal of the old windows and installation of the new. Windows are manufactured for the particular house where they will be installed. Are double paned and have an argon/nitrogen gas mix between them.
