Description of Work: Glenn Loper is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He listened to the kind of home I wanted and was patient with me to help me find the right home. Since the transaction he has contacted me a number of times to see how things are going. Even sent a birthday card.

 + -1 moreI began looking for a new home back in August 2013. Given my past situation, I did not believe being a homeowner was a possibility. I spoke with Glenn, gave him my backstory, and he encouraged me to contact a Lender and see if I could qualify. Once I was prequalified, Glenn and/or his office staff set up a "search" for me with my criteria. Once I would see a home that interested me, I would contact him and his office staff would make arrangements for me to see the property. Glenn would show me the property, ask me about likes and dislikes and then he helped me make the decision to make an offer. Once the offer was accepted, there has been constant communication as to what to expect. There have been no surprises.
Description of Work: Glenn Loper is the consummate Real Estate Agent. Friendly, engaging, educated and service oriented. I was in the market to purchase a home. He sat down with me and listened to my wants and needs in a home. He helped me navigate neighborhoods and areas in the SE Valley that I am not too familiar with. He gave me Lender recommendations and when I found the perfect home to purchase, he was there to help. He has been available through each step of the transaction.
