We should not have attempted to stay in the house during the Appraiser's visit. Whiney and needy and struggled to "go look" while wanting us to answer questions which frequently made little sense. Product (Appraisal Report) was complete and delivered quickly. Be sure to properly align on complexity of property being appraised. Fee is variable as relates to complexity - which is perfectly fair. Just have the conversation to avoid surprises.

PS Appraisal & Consulting was recommended through HomeAdvisor. One never knows how reliable reviews and recommendations are, but in this case I can personally verify the excellent ratings of PS Appraisals. Pattee was responsive, prompt, courteous, and professional. She completed the site visit and appraisal in less than a week. The methodology and rationale for the valuation of the property were welll-documented and understandable. Her fee was reasonable and there were no surprises. Highly recommended.
