Hayden and his team did an amazing job coating our garage floor. They were reasonably priced, responsive and able to fit us in to their schedule for the days that best worked for us. Would highly recommend!

My initial contact with Precision Garage Works was by email on 3/1/2019. I sent a detailed description of what we were looking for and included a scaled drawing, dimensions, and pictures of the floor, and dates for when we wanted the job done. There was some back and forth via email about chip size and coverage that took until 3/10 to finish up, then finally got the owner to visit on 3/11. The visit went well - we really liked what the owner said about their preparation process, warranty, and custom chip colors. We also re-iterated the dates we wanted the work done. He promised to order chip samples for us that afternoon and have a quote to me by the end of the day. When I hadn't heard back from him, I contacted him again on 3/13 and he then sent the quote, but it didn't include the dates we were talking about. I asked him about our desired dates and he responded that they were busy those dates. He also told me at that time that he had not yet ordered the promised chip samples. When I complained about the poor treatment he apologized, admitted that they could not get the job done for at least 6 weeks, and referred me to another company. But he cost me 2 weeks out of an already tight schedule. I'm very upset and disappointed.

We contacted several businesses for bids to do an epoxy coating on our garage floor. Hayden was by far the most responsive, courteous and committed to quality product and service. He is extremely knowledgable about his craft and his bid was competitive too. So, we had Precision Garage Works do our epoxy floor and we could not be more pleased. It looks flawless! I definitely recommend this company for any epoxy flooring Job.

Fast reply, appointment set for the next day to look at what I wanted done and gave a verbal bid at the same time. Sent written bid either that evening or the next morning I did review the bid and accepted it. Hayden set time and date to start the process, arrived when he said he would and finished earlier than quoted. All in All this was a great experince and neighbors have come over telling me how Precision Garage Works did such a wounderful job. Wish I had more for them to do!

They were the fastest to respond, they sent me samples and had several choices but also told me what they thought would work the best. The service was stellar. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I will use them again in the future if I ever move. The garages look fantastic and they had the best price of anyone. Thank you so much for the awesome job. I am having trouble loading the pictures but they look great.

Arrived right on time and very professional. Floor preparation and base coat was done in the morning then there was about a four hour break for the base coat dry. They then came back and did the top clear coat. I had a few bubbles form over night but Hayden came back the next day at no extra charge and fixed the bubbles. I decided to do the grey base coat and clear coat without any flakes put down. Hayden warned me that the surface would be a bit slippery when wet. It is a bit slick but I like the way it looks so keep that in mind if you decide to go without any of the flakes. Floors came out great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Precision sent me a team within 24 hours of my calling them. They immediately diagnosed the problem ( a broken cable) and replaced the same with a 10 year warranty. They also took care of my other garage door. I am very happy with their service.

It was a painless experience. The work was quality. The property of mine is occupied by my elderly mother and aunt. And I can assure you they have a way to get in the way. The crew were very polite and accommodated the ladies which is no easy task! I was very happy with the work and even happier they the lady's were happy?

It's been three years since and my wife and I have been very satisfied. I dropped a heavy tool on it during the chip warranty period and they came out and repaired it no questions asked which was nice. The process was easy. The guys were really professional. Highly recommended them.
