+ 0 morePM Contracting team was great to work with. They responded promptly to my request for a quote, sent several emails, explained what would be done and provided a fair quote. After accepting the quote they were able to schedule to project the following week. They arrived on time with 3 members of their construction team and, after a full day work, completed the job to our complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend for any type of service.

+ 3 moreProfessional and Punctual Service, well informed on materials, and responsive to concerns/communication during the project. Dustin was professional and oversaw every phase of the project. He was candid about the timeline and finished in the estimated time. I have worked with contractors on several large and small scale projects and am meticulous and probably hover to the point where I might be in the way. Dustin not only tolerated my behavior but walked me through the material options for reconstruction, worked with my wife and me on our design, and took care of explaining pricing options and time differences between the different products and designs. He promptly responded through text and at any hiccup called me immediately and informed me of my options. There were problems, but they were dealt with quickly and the most surprising element of the job: they left the area pristinely clean.
Description of Work: Reconstruction of the back of my condo including electrical, drywall, framing, new window, bigger door and repair up to a shared wall.

Description of Work: PM Repair completed a project started by another contractor who did not have the skills or professionalism to follow tbru as contracted. Regardless of the circumstances PM came in and corrected mistakes and completed the project. The project included adding an exterior door requiring wall removal, framing, drywall, stucco repair, electrical work. .

+ 4 moreThey were very careful not to disturb anything during all the work they did and also were very time conscious. In other words they got the jobs done on or before schedule and in a very detailed and exacting way. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel sure that they have hired the best. They will get the job done and you will never have the problems usually associated with this kind of work. In fact should anyone want to see photos of their work I know they can provide them And I am sure that I will be one of many of their clients who think the World of them and their work ethics. They are also very reasonable but because they have on going work with me I didn't list a cost. However, You will definitely get your money's worth.
Description of Work: From the minute I contacted this company I felt the professional treatment of qualified and dedicated craftsmen. Dustin was in charge of the various projects that were done at my 2 properties. These included flooring, plumbing, repairs and General Maintenance my rental house to keep it incompliance with the HOA codes of Sun City, including my tile and flat roof there. The property is located [mbr address removed] in Sun City, should anyone like to drive past and see the wonderful job they have done there. My own residence [mbr address removed] in Phoenix. Has had major reconstructive work done both inside and out by this company. They took what had been a College Frat House for the Motorcycle Academy and turned it into the show place of the street. The awnings and mid-century exterior surpassed anything I could have imagined. The interior of this split level Tri-level house is the envy of my neighborhood thanks to the Total restoration they did there. I couldn't be more pleased with all of their work, from Dry wall to paint and repairs to upgrades they truly are a Quality- Class Act!

+ -1 moreResent storm caused interior to leak ruining our dry wall so I decided to call Pm Repair Team. They showed up on time and repaired the dry wall and redid the texture. Texture is a hard thing to match but I must say the did an excellent job! Bill was more than fair. Have already recommended to a couple friends.

+ -1 moreWent well. The crew was more punctual than most services I've employed in the past. They were very knowledgeable about plumbing fixtures and what was needed to fix my water leaks. They were clean and even wore booties in my home! This made the wife very happy! It took about as long as I expected to make the repairs and the bill was vary fair. Overall, very happy and I will keep their number for future projects.

+ -1 moreEverything was great, Dustin and Tyler were there a lot. Nice guys. Very polite, very respectful. It was about 3 weeks, and I got a little tired of having people in and around my house, but it was fine. I am really glad with the finished results. They let me pay in installments over 45 days, so that was nice. He told me not to tell anyone about that, but here it is!
Description of Work: PM Repair team did a number of projects around my house in Las Sendas. Lots of hardscape was needed, they fixed my drip system and repaired and replaced all my fascia on my house. Inside they did a really nice mantle...he searched all around for the right piece, it was really great. Its installed really well. My mother is partially disabled, so they re did the showers. He added Can lights at 14 feet and cut out a bunch of areas for my entertainment center. Paint and new baseboards, lots of new travertine, and tons of little odd jobs. I forgot to mention he painted the whole house too.

+ -1 moreThey delivered the door that i had purchased because i have a car. They cleaned up pretty well and didnt leave a mess. They were a little late but not bad. The supervisor Dustin called gave us a heads up. They have a small but good crew. They have alot of expertise in different trades and i would definately recommend them for smaller remodel projects and general repairs.
Description of Work: 2 guys came out to install an exterior door with all the bells and whistles. They trimmed, did the stucco patching , painting and everything.

+ -1 moreThe patio is exactly what we wanted. We chose natural brick which other contractors would probably talk us out of because it's difficult to work with compared to pavers and it leaches chemicals out of the ground and water but we love the look and installed artificial grass on both sides which finishes our backyard nicely. PM only did the patio. They've done plumbing, electrical and remodel for us before and all projects went well. They over extended themselves a bit because they had several projects going so it took longer than expected but we weren't crunched for time so it was ok.

+ 2 moreI didn't realize that I had a broken and leaking pipe in my wall....and I had plenty of mold growing inside. This is a rental unit, and I had to fix it fast! Dustin and his team arrived with 2 trucks within 6 hours of me calling. He was awesome, and explained everything, step by step. He is very knowledgeable, and tried to save me as much as he could. He even took me to the store to pick out tile while the guys worked. They finished most of it that, day and then came back a day later after the tile had set to grout and seal. I had used him once before, on a simple drywall repair. I didn't know he could do so much! I couldn't give him my credit card fast enough! This guy is worth every penny.
