Cory responded very quickly to my call for help. I had been trying to get rid of a virus on my own but still was having problems. When I got the "blue screen of doom" with an error message saying Windows had shut down in order to protect my hard drive, I knew I needed to call in the cavalry. I am just starting on an important consulting project and couldn't afford to lose my computer at this critical time. Since I'm running Windows as a virtual machine on my MacBook using VMWare Fusion, this was a little bit more complicated than usual. I went to the Apple Store and they sent me to the Microsoft Store, where they suggested I go to the Apple Store. I needed someone who could work with both Mac and PC issues. Cory asked for more information before taking on this repair. I was able to tell him what I had already done and what the results were and at that point, he said he thought he would be able to help. I dropped off my computer at Cory's office at noon and had it back by 5:30 p.m. Cory quoted me $75 for the job and that's exactly what he charged me. I was very pleased to find Plexus Technology Solutions on Angies List and will definitely contact Cory again for computer repair and services.

This was a very, very positive experience. Cory arrived a few minutes before he was scheduled, and performed all of the work very efficiently. He was able to reconfigure my laptop so I can access all of the programs, the router works great and my I-Pad is working perfectly. Getting into my MSN account required Cory speaking with Qwest. He was on hold for quite a while and did not charge his full rate for the time he was on hold. He also added some additional features that I was not aware I could access. And he set it up so he can remote into my laptop (with my permission) so if I encounter problems in the future, he can diagnose and repair quickly and easily. I can honestly say you could not do better than Plexus Technology Services for any work you need done to your computer or network. Plexus reflected their high Angie's List ratings and I am extremely satisfied.

He is always capable of helping you with computer problems, whether it's at your place, on the road, or at his his place. He does a great job. I've been satisfied with his work.

Cory responded promptly and was friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to arrive within 24 hours to help me fix my problem. He was a little late in arriving, but did call beforehand to let me know. I had issues that took longer than he had estimated to fix, but I am grateful that he did get the job done and also offered tips and free follow-up. His fees are a bit steep for me personally (though in-line with other competent computer technicians) and he does give an Angie's List discount. Overall a job well done.

Plexus arrived within a few hours of my call and quickly ascertained that the problem was a bad router versus something wrong with the laptop. Replaced the router and configured it. Problem solved. I also asked Plexus to set up and configure my daughter's wireless printer. This was more challenging for Plexus but without blinking an eye....after a few setbacks....they determined what the problem was and again corrected the problem and got the printer up and running. Outstanding service. Outstanding experience. Outstanding knowledge and experience.

He was wonderful. He gave me $25 off for being an Angie's List member, which I appreciated. He was able to solve my problem, and I liked everything about him. I knew he was honest, and I would most definitely use him again.

It could not have gone better. He did an amazing job of dealing with the virus issue, speeding up my computer (by doing whatever people do to get rid of the slowness - even offered to explain what he did to do that but - I don't need / want to know) and had the side benefit (unplanned) of hooking up my new printer.
