It went well. Showed up on time. Checked out unit which was a year old.

It was fine. We signed up for an annual contract with them.

We have no complaints. The technicians have replaced /maintained any parts , as needed.

It was reasonable. It was just a regular service, it was nothing special and I have no complaints.

We called last night when the A/C went out talked to David and he asked us what the problem was in my openion after talking to him he said he could send someone out then or We would be scheled as the first call in the morning (today) Since we were alright because our house has good insullation we optedfor the Morning schedule. We were told that the tech would be out sometime between 8 and 10 AM he he showed up a little past 9AM I expected him to be here closer to 10 or a little after. I was very pleased to havehim get here earlier. Reggie the tech was the person who showed up. He asked me what I thought was going on with the unit to give him an Idea where to start. After we talked he checked out the A/C unit and found the problem rather quickly. There was one Hickup and a small one in my openion and that was he found that the Capaitor was bad and he did not have one on his truck because the type we had is not a common one. He called in to see if there was a place close to get one. Once the capasitor was obtained he installed it in short notice making sure it was done correctly it checked out OK and we now have A/C agin. Before he left he made sure that the fan motor, compressor and everything else was working and in good shape he checked to insure there was enough coolent and it checked out good. Before Reggie left he made sure that the temp in the house was cooling down in a exceptable manner for us and what he thought was acceptable for him as well. Whenever we need A/C or Heating work done we will be calling Reggie the tech who did the work has a Great ATTITUDE, Work Ethics and all around Professional. Reggie was the kind of person you want the rest of the world be like.Reggie is not only a Professional but a great human beign. He is a Individual whom I have had the honor and privildge to have met.. THANK YOU REGGIE don't change your outlook on Life or your work Ethics.

They arrived on time and were very honest about the different kinds of costs between making the current unit run a bit longer or buying new. We decided to keep the system running.

Very late on first 2 appointments. However, owner came out and did everything possible to make it right - so I ended up satisfied

The service Technician was very professional and couteous. My problem is that they charged me $184.00 to replace a capacitor on one of my a/c/ units. This same capacitor can be bought for less than $50. I just dont think they should upcharge that much so when they service my units again I will not be buying the parts from them when I can get them at a local retailer and/or online for a fraction of the cost.

He did all the normal checks on outside and inside units as well as cleaning the coils on the outside heat pump. He was professional and communicated well. He went over what I should do in between check ups like changing filter on a regular basis. Was very happy with the service.

Purchased Big Deal on June 13. They set up my initial appointment for June 15. They told me to be there between 3-5pm and they never showed. They actually did show up around 11am and called and said that since I was not home they were going to another job. I later found out that they had showed up to the wrong address. On June 17, they set me up with another appointment for July 17 between 8-11am. It is 11:20 am and I am requesting a refund for my Big Deal purchase because they are yet to show up. The lady at their office was very polite and was definitely trying to work with me.

The provider arrived on time. He was pleasant and easy to talk to. He cleaned the air ducts in a timely manor. He cleaned up afterwards. It was everything wed hoped for.

They seemed to be quite customer oriented and did a good job. They were reasonably priced.

The repairman arrived on time, was polite, and professional. He performed a 6 month tune up on my a/c unit. Would use this provider again.....with one small quibble. The repairman spent too much time, giving me a sales pitch, for a deep cleaning on my a/c coils.

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly, courteous and efficient initial phone contact. When the technician arrived, exactly on time and with both a beginning of the day phone call followed by a 15 minute prior phone confirmation, he was both very professional and at the same time very helpful, friendly and courteous. After providing the service, he followed up with a thorough report, including a photo, and, as our unit is 17 years old, gave us an idea of what to expect for the future of our a/c gas pack unit. Therefore we report an unusually high level of customer service and quality of the actual work performed. Kudos!

Provider from Deer Valley serviced. Very thorough and helpful answering my many questions about the system.

2 specialists arrived on time. One was in training. Checked lines, temp split, air filters, air ducts, condensor motor, compressor and contactor. Replaced refrigerant in 2 units. Also had to go into attic to check drain line. Did not replace filters as promised. Did not clean condensor coil. Made some recommendations to improve efficiency of units.

These deals worked out well. The technician was on time and very professional. The was done to my satisfaction.
