Chris was our technician and is extremely professional and thoughtful. The owner, Eric is responsive and very professional, as well. We have had minimal issues with bugs or pests at all in thirteen years and will definitely use them again when we purchase a new home in the Ahwatukee area.

I contacted Pest'R Us, and I received a call back from company owner, Eric, on the same day. I explained an issue with scorpions in the back yard and also very close to our house, and he was able to come by to take a look within 4 hours! He explained his service and recommended treatment for scorpions as well as all the critters they like to eat. He answered all my questions, particularly those about chemicals he used, which are safe for humans and pets, will not harm honey bees either. He completed a preliminary inspection of the home, and also checked some obscure places to make sure we had no leaks or reasons to attract crickets, which scorpions love to eat. He provided multiple options for payment. Rates were reasonable. Best of all, we've seen a significant decrease in the amount of scorpions! We can use our back yard again! Top notch customer service, and he's a very respectful and friendly guy. I'm happy to continue working with him for monthly service. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

They are absolutely excellent and I have used them for years and years and years. They are amazing and I love them. They are very well priced and very fair. They are a Christian company and they are awesome. I typically do not even see them. I do not have the inside of my house sprayed because I do not like pesticides in my house. Since they set the rodent traps I have not had any mice in my house. I am pretty happy about that. Their price varies depending on what they have to do, but it is never that expensive so they are very reasonably priced. When they have come inside my house to go after mice or something they have always been very clean and careful. They are great. I have used them now for seven or eight years and I can't see myself changing.

previosu owners had not used a pest control service. So, we needed some work done. called, and Eric came out same day and did the initial work and gave us quote for ongoing service. Let us know what to watch outfor, explained what he had done inside and out clearly. We've had one monthly follow on visit, the tech who came out (Chris) was friendly and knowledgable and took care of areas we had noticed along with the regular service

Several years ago, I was living in an apartment complex that had a massive scorpion problem. I always freaked out when I saw a scorpion in my apartment, especially after I became a grandmother - I didn't want my grandson to be stung! The apartment complex management would hire an exterminator from time to time, but the scorpions didn't seem to notice. One of my neighbors knew the owner of Pest R Us and told me that he could get rid of the scorpions if anyone could. So I called him. He came and inspected the apartment. He was very professional and understanding and I hired him to treat the apartment for scorpions on a monthly basis. After a few months, the only scorpions I ever found were dead ones. What a relief! After a while, I no longer found even dead ones. Since then I have bought a house. For all these years, first in the apartment and now in my house, I have had Pest R Us come out on a monthly basis. I have had no bug/pest problems, and their service has remained exemplary. They are always polite, professional, and respectful of the fact that I have dogs and cats.

I use them every month and I pay $15 a month. The man who owns the company does it and he is very thorough and I couldn't ask for anything better.

They have been in business for a long time. The people that I talk to are nice. They seem like very reliable people to take care of the problem. If you are looking for a pest control service I would recommend them.

They just do a monthly pest control, and they spray the interior and exterior for bugs. The person who owns the company is actually a friend at the church. They do an excellent job. The price of $40 a month is probably good; I haven’t compared prices. If there is any problem, they are really prompt to come out and fix it. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

I had been with another company for ten years and started to have problems. Example: they continued to bill me for a month I had paid. I sent a copy of the canceled check twice and spoke with the manager, but the continued to bill me. So I switched to Pest' R Us because my neighbor uses them. Pest'R Us is reliable, professional, and friendly.

I hate bugs so I love this service. They work well and I never have to worry about seeing any kind of bug. My home is safe for my children and pets so I am very happy.

Eric is very polite and returns all calls promptly. He came out to meet us for the initial consult and tx and has a tech. Visit monthly. He recommended a landscaper and put us in contact w/ someone for Cubs' Memorabilia. Scheduling was prompt and prices were lower than most.

They were very nice. He returns the phone calls within 24 hours. They were courteous. They come in quietly and do there work. I haven't had any problem so far.

HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN PLEASANTLY FRIENDLY, POLITE AND GENUINE. IT'S OBVIOUS THAT HE RUNS HIS BUSINESS WITH INTEGRITY AND A SINCERE DESIRE TO PLEASE HIS CUSTOMERS. I WOULD AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HIS SERVICE TO OTHERS.

THIS COMPANY IS A SMALL BUT VERY WONDERFUL. THEY ARE PROMPT, POLITE, THOROUGH, HAPPY, FRIENDLY AND MOST OF ALL HAVE A VERY GOOD PRICE.
