Everything was completed within 30 minutes, since no problems nor issues with the equipment were noticed. Everything was working in proper order. They are very professional and friendly. If any delays occur on their route, they do give a courtesy call and ask if you’d be able to reschedule. Since my situation was not an emergency, I said it was okay to reschedule for the next day. I am very grateful to them for this high caliber of customer service. Even though the date was changed, Overhead Door still arrived within the appointed time frame. This call allowed me to rearrange my errands between the two days, and no time was lost for me.

I tried to replace the molding myself and realized the project was more than I could handle so I called them. The salesman was very nice and said they could do it in a few days. He explained we'd need to paint it because the molding only came in certain colors. So we knew that would be something we would do. When the technician removed the old molding he pulled off the stucco and left us with a mess. He used a chisel to remove the old molding. The technican said we'd need to caulk the gaps but it is much more than caulk. There are holes in our stucco in the front of our house. He put the new molding up leaving the molding gapping over the holes. To repair it correctly, we will have to hire some one to remove the molding, repair the stucco and then caulk it. We also just noticed the garage door has 3 new dents and scrathces in it which were not there before. I know because I was working on the door before we called them. I was not home when the work was done. My husband was not aware of the condition of the door before the work was done. I called the salesman to complain and he said he would get back with us about what they will do. He hasn't called yet although it has only been one day. But I did not see the dents in the door before I called him. March 12, 2015 They sent a repair person to repair the damage done by the intial installer. He did a very good job. He removed the new molding fixing the stucco replacing the molding and caulking the area. It looks much better than it did. The stucco above the small garage door could not be repaired to its original state but he ensures us the caulking he applied has a lifetime guarantee. While I feel the stucco should be as it was originally I am satisfied with the way it looks now. Still wonder about the new dents in the garage door but we can not verify the dents were their fault so we will accept it. The repairman was excellent.
