Excellent. They responded very quickly at short notice to my building to extract and treat areas wet from storm wind shear. They also were on time at house, cleaned area rugs diligently and price was reasonable. They will be cleaning carpets at our buildings and home in future.

Could not have been more pleased! The many years Chuck and Ricky have been doing this work was apparent in every step of the job. Our Travertine tile looks as beautiful as the day it was installed and our rug came out clean as the day we bought it. You're putting your home in professional, reliable hands!

Chuck was quick to respond and came to the house for an estimate. We agreed on a price and they came on the day and time that we requested. Chuck and Ricky are very thourough and did the best job on our carpets we have seen in years. It's obvious now that some of the other "Branded" carpet cleaning companies are just doing a drive by on your carpets. They were at our house for over 5 hours.

I was searching for a company to come out and clean my WHITE carpets. I explained that I am a mom of 7 VERY active kids and my beautiful carpets were in need of desperate help, as they had turned black. After many great reviews of the ninjas, I setup a date and time and had them come out to my house. I had very little hope of my carpets ever being beautifully white again! They reassured me I would be shocked when they were done and I was just that, SHOCKED!! They did an AMAZING job getting my carpets from gritty dirty black color to my beautiful white carpet again!! Thanks guys !! I would highly recommend them even if you have very little hope, like I did, that your carpets can be amazing again. These people truly are amazing, they take their time, and give incredible results!!!

Great experience ALL around! Just had Chuck and Rick out yesterday to clean my carpets...and they were AMAZING! After getting new puppies last summer, we had a few pet stains and some high traffic areas for them to work on...by the time I got home to see the results I was in AWE! Wow this company absolutely made my day. Typically carpet cleaners try to up sell you and do a half *** job but they quoted a price and made my carpets look the best ever with no upsell. And I had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned for the first time and it looks amazing. Very happy with this service. Guys were very professional and easy to talk too also.
