Great! I was so happy they could come out and help me the day after I called. Everything was clean and dry before my Christmas party.

Chuck and Ricky are fantastic. They are meticulous and very service oriented. We had a challenging situation as our dogs had almost ruined our carpet and they were able to restore it. They also carefully pre-tested and hand washed some of our our oriental rugs. They were very accommodating of my work schedule--able to come on short notice, after hours, during the holidays. Should you hire them you will not be disappointed!

So enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and thorough. My carpets came out beautifully and travertine looked new. There was terrific follow up. Very unusual.

Whole process was great! They communicated great ahead of time, showed up on time, did a great job on the carpet cleaning and treatments, and were very friendly and personable throughout. Would definitely use and recommend them in the future.

Met onsite to get estimate and survey premises. Came out the same weekend with all the appropriate equipment to do that job based upon our needs. Staff was very helpful and insightful about various cleaning topics. Large job and was done in one day. They took note of points that I stressed were trouble spots and they made sure the stains came out and the carpet looked as good as new.

They should up on time, respected my house and did a very professional job. My rugs and couches came out looking amazing. These are the guys you want to hire.

I was originally quoted 220.00$ over the phone for 8 chairs and a sofa, but when they arrived and assessed the damage the price went down to 120.00$ which means they are an honest company. We added a rug to be cleaned after the fact and the price was still under 200.00$ Definitely will be using them again.
