Rep and technician reviewed the job and stripped and coated a sample area of the floor. This was very complex because the floor had previously been tinted and the grout colored in an unknown process. The job was estimated to take 7 to 10 days. 3 crews showed up on time each day and and were very professional. The finished floors look like new.

They were very good. I would rate them highly all the way through except on price. We would definitely hire them again.

I had a prompt response from the salesman, both in returning my call and in coming to the house to do the assessment. I appreciate that he made what certainly seemed to be an honest assessment -- recommended against resealing the outside walk at this time, and against doing anything in the hallways. A mutually satisfactory schedule was reached. The work crew came on time, and was quick, efficient, clean, and professional. We are extremely pleased with the work done in the kitchen -- it looks great!

It went very well. The salesman, Mark Lintz, responded very promptly to my call to the office. He came out the same day and he brought a technician out the next day to assess and confirm his own thoughts on what was needed. We thought the kitchen floor needed to be resealed but the technician said the existing seal was in good shape and we only needed cleaning and buffing. The work was done 3 days after my initial call. It was both professional and efficient.

A wonderful experience from salesmanship to the final grout repatching. The entire job went smooth and according to plan and everyone involved on the job was very pleasant and professional (Manny was a little grumpy one morning. 8-) I really can't say enough...EXTREMELY pleased!

It went better than I expected. They gave a realistic estimate both in terms of cost and time. They arrived on time and finished on time. Best of all, the floors all looked beautiful, better than they did when brand new. They were careful in moving furniture. I would call them again in a second!

They did an excellent job cleaning our ceramic floors. Workers were courteous, and did a great job. Will use them again.

We recently had a flood in our home, and the stone was somewhat damaged. Natural Stone Care came by and did a complete assessment of what needed to be done to the damaged areas, and then also treated the areas inside and outside our home. Our floors looked like new when they were done. They were also very prompt and got things done in a very timely manner.

Ramon was the supervisor and worked with the crew every day. They were very concerned that we were happy with the job that they were doing and would address any concerns we had. The initial sales representative was very professional and described everything that would be done. He even did a demonstration on one of our tiles showing how it would look after their treatment. He convinced us to hire the company.

TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS SPENT TWO DAYS ON THE JOB. THEY WERE THOROUGH AND THEY WERE HELPFUL IN TEACHING HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR THE FLOORS AS WELL AS LEAVING SAMPLES OF CLEANERS FOR US TO USE.

GOOD EXPERIENCE. NO PROBLEMS. SALESMAN WAS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL, WITH GOOD FOLLOW-UP THROUGHOUT JOB. MEN WHO PERFORMED JOB WERE CAREFUL AND THOROUGH, AS WELL AS PERSONABLE. SALESMAN SENT ME A THANK-YOU LETTER!

THEY TOOK TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE THE WORK AS PER THEIR CONTRACT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER COMPLETION OF THEIR WORK.

THEY CLEANED, HONED, AND RE-SEALED TRAVERTINE TILE ON THE FLOOR, ON COUNTERTOPS, AND SURROUNDING A TUB IN THE BATHROOM. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS VERY HIGH, BUT THEY WERE RECOMMENDED AND I NEEDED THE WORK TO BE DONE QUICKLY AND THEY COULD DO IT WHEN I NEEDED IT DONE. THEY GAVE ME SOME SAMPLE PRODUCTS TO USE WHEN THEY LEFT, BUT ONLY ABOUT ENOUGH FOR ONE APPLICATION. THEY DID NOT LEAVE ME WITH VERY DETAILED FUTURE CARE INSTRUCTIONS. I THOUGH THE TRAVERTINE LOOKED BETTER, BUT DID NOT SEE AS MUCH OF A MARKED IMPROVEMENT AS I WAS HOPING FOR.

DID A GOOD JOB ON POLISHING, ARRIVED ON TIME, BUT DID NOT CLEAN UP DUST WHEN FINISHED.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB IN CLEANING OUR TRAVERTINE STONE. VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. GOOD PRICING. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN.
