+ -1 moreThe finish cracked and streaked. My pool was drained 4 times in 6 months. Although the installer claimed receipts had to be filed with National Pool Tile in order to validate the warranty, no warranty was provided. NPTG states they are a wholesaler and will not deal with the public, so they won't give me a copy of my receipt. They will not even verify that their product was, in fact, used. No warranty provided.
Description of Work: I went to their showroom to see examples of the various pool finishes. They asked me about my installer (who was not on their list of Certified Lifetime Warranty installers), then gave me a list of their certified installers. I chose one from the list. They were a disaster. I include this in the NPTG review since they provided this list and advocated for their installers.

+ -1 moreNational Pool & Landscaping Services does a top quality job maintaining my pool. They are very punctual and professional. The water is always crystal clear and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I have the pool at my home maintained once a week by them. The chemicals are tested, it is backwashed and cleaned. The price reflects a monthly charge.

+ -1 moreTHE TILE IS VERY STRAIGHT AND EVEN ALL THE WAY AROUND THE POOL. IT IS QUITE AMAZING HOW THEY DIDN'T NEED TO CUT TILES TO MAKE THEM FIT. THEY ARE ALL PERFECTLY EVEN. IT LOOKS GREAT. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY GOOD AT ASSISTING IN THE SELECTION OF THE TILE.
Description of Work: INSTALLED WATERLINE TILE ON PERIMETER OF POOL/SPA. INCLUDED THE DAM WALL.
