Description of Work: They came out right away and provided cost effective options for the issue. I liked the fact that they didn't try to get me to fix more than was really necessary. The actually installers were a bit difficult to talk with due English being a second language.

+ -1 moreI didn't use them. I don't remember the price they estimated. I thought that they were recommending a lot more work than what I needed. They were quick to respond and the person that came out was pleasant, and he did go up and look around. The leak I had was in a very concentrated area over my patio. But he told me that I had 90 broken roof tiles that needed to be replaced. I have a general contractor and he said that was very excessive. I wouldn't use them in the future because I found a roofer that is more reasonable for repairs.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from Lifetime Roof Systems sometime in January since I had a leak on the roof that I wanted to be repaired.

Description of Work: They installed Energy Star shingles, overlaying existing shingles. The workmen were very efficient and friendly. Tammy at Lifetime was a joy to talk with. Very cooperative with us concerning payment coming from mortgage and willing to work with us. In fact, when I picked out the shingles, Tammy told me that what I ordered qualified for a tax credit, which I would not have known had she not told us. All in all we are very pleased with the services provided by Lifetime and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: WHEN CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE LIFETIME ROOF SERVICES INDICATED THAT THEY WERE NOT TAKING ANY REPAIR JOBS AT THIS TIME UNLESS IT WAS A ROOF THAT THEY INSTALLED, BUT REFERRED TO ANOTHER ROOFING COMPANY. PLEASANT PHONE CALL, AND THEY WERE HELPFUL.
