LGL came to the rescue for us after a bad contractor left us hanging with a half finished kitchen, bathroom and flooring after 7 months! They quickly finished our kitchen and first bath beautifully. Then they did a second bathroom for us. The work is excellent and Adam and Dan were great to work with. They worked every day, unlike the previous contractor, listened to us and communicated well. Little problems came up over materials, but Adam worked it all out. Cost was fair and reasonable. We love the finished project and highly recommend LGL Construction!

A long ago improperly installed shower leaked into the walls which required the removal the 20 feet of wall board two feet high on both side of the walls and a complete deconstruction of the shower. LGL construction did the complete job, deconstruction and the complete remodel. Working with Adam at LGL Construction was a wonderful experience. He gave me a very detailed and accurate proposal, on time every day, communicated in a timely manner and answered his phone every time I called. He also offered valuable suggestions for the products and tile used in the construction. I have no reservations in recommending LGL Construction.

It went well. I live in CT currently and our tenant us know late one Friday evening that they found their items in one of the bedroom closets were getting wet. Turns out that the tile in the shower had probably been leaking off an on for awhile. I called Adam on a Saturday and he ended up going over that same day to take a look. We ended up demoing the entire bathroom, replacing tile floors and fixing the closet side in the bedroom. From first contact until finishing of the job it took about five weeks, which isn't too bad considering timeframes of competent contractors. From start of demo until finish of job was about ten days. Adam was thoughtful about ways to save money. He also did a fine job communicating despite the challenges of managing such a project from across the country and including tenants in scheduling.

Adam and crew did a great job replacing a bathtub and tile surround. They also replaced a few floor tiles and did a nice job of matching the grout color to the existing floor. We are definitely happy with the quality of the work and would use LGL for our future remodeling needs.

LGL Construction did a very nice job on our patio fascia, despite some old termite damage we feared could cause problems. The repairs were done professionally at a very fair price. They even did their best to clean up any debris that fell into the pool during their work before leaving for the day.

It went very well. Adam painted the materials at his location one day and then brought all of it to my house and installed it in one day. He did a very professional job and cleaned up well after he was done. The price was reasonable and the work was as expected. I would hire him again.

The kitchen looks amazing, thanks in large part to Adam and his team. Adam ticked all the boxes you would hope for in a contractor (reasonably priced, on-time, communicative, detail-oriented). He was also friendly, happy to answer questions, and make sure that things turned out the way we wanted them to. There is a lot of ambiguity in construction projects (with different expectations and attitudes towards acceptable levels of quality and so on), and having someone like Adam that is reasonable and trustworthy goes a long way towards things going smoothly. We have already recommended him to several friends.

Demolition of old rotten scuppers was messy and not easy. Pine was going to be used because the original scupper frames were pine but our contract called for redwood. When called to his attention, he readily agreed to use red wood but that delayed the job one day. Upon completion the scupper frames look good and the repair to the stucco was a good match. The clean up could have been better, but no real problem. Yes, I am very pleased with the work done by LGL Construction.

We had to make our bathroom into a handicap bathroom but we did not want it to look like a handicap bathroom. And I am happy to say it does NOT!! We had walls and cabinets come down and a whole new shower, window, cabinets and vanity as well as lighting and all new fixtures. New tile on the walls and floor as well as a glass block wall, everyone who has seen it is in awwww and this is just the bathroom then they also had to demo all the flooring and install all new in our 2500 sq. ft. home and work around my spouse who is in a wheelchair. Adam and his crew were kind and curious to all our needs and we are very, very please with the work. We will be hiring Adam back to put in a new kitchen soon.

He did a fantastic job. He did the whole job. Other service providers didn't want to paint the posts after they were installed, but he did.

The provider was excellent. I did not use the service because they advised me that the work I needed down did not require this type of deal. I really appreciate their professionalism.

It went well. He did what he said he would do. He was on time and cleaned up. He was easy to work with. He also picked up a door knob and the deadbolt.
