About us

I am a sole proprietor buisness with only one employee. Approximately 60% of my work is subcontracted from a variety of valued and trusted contractors and 40% is directly with the owners of different types of properties. Typically I recieve a 50% down payment for projects with the remaining to be paid when the work is complete. I do offer net 30 payments for contractors but at this time do not have financing available.

Services we offer

Typical jobs involve on-site welding, fabrication of driveway gates and fencing, electrostatic painting of metal, automatic gate operators, keypads, concrete v-tracks, computer aided drafting (CAD) for layout and details and CNC plasma cutting of custom parts. Other jobs done on a limited basis are custom trailers, sandrails and 4x4 roll cages and custom bumpers.

Services we don't offer

I do not offer Masonry work, exterior painting of non metal items or automobile maintenence and repairs.

Kelly is great to work with - really knows his stuff. He installed the gate openers which involved digging a trench from one side to the other (12 feet), installing a new circuit box, wiring all components, and even helped up mount a metallic gecko on the fireplace chimney. He spent about 14 hours doing all of this (on site) -

Good price, very professional. Good experience. Nice guy.
Description of Work: I have a large automated metal gate that is at the entrance to my property. I called 4 or 5 companies, and his quote was the cheapest by about 25%. He clearly knew what he was doing, the install happened smoothly, and he did a few other things at very reasonable prices( straightened a bend in the metal gate, aligned the two gates when one was sagging ~$110).

He did a great job, he even came back and touched up the gates a month later. Kelly was completely professional and I would definitely recommend and use him again in the future.
