Two thumbs up! Doug knew his stuff. Appreciated his knowledge of the market, his spread sheets, him handling issues that we didn't even know about until after they were resolved, he made himself well available, appreciated his know she of home improvement and DIY projects; appreciated his humor; he was great with our daughter -- overall a great experience. Would recommend him to anyone!
