In short story form, we will first say that we were very upfront and honest about how much we HAD to sell our home for, in order to financially be able to afford a new home to buy. We had asked Kevin from Group 46:10 to be upfront and honest with us, prior to listing our home, and made him very well aware that we would not be able to lower the price of our house. If he was unable to sell it for the price we needed, we wouldn't have perused the sale at this time. Kevin lead us to believe that he was happy & comfortable with that price, yet at the end of the day, he made it known that he would NOT be able to sell and I think was hoping we would just cave, and lower the price anyway. He wasted our time, and was very rude in his delivery when the time came to take the home off of the market. He was disrespectful to both me and my husband, unprofessional in both e-mails and over the phone, he treated us with a controlling demeanor, and we feel as though we were lied to on a few occasions. As far as my husband and I are concerned we would not recommend this realtor to our friends and family.
