Guys were great, got the job done in just under 4 hours so we were all thrilled, would use again.

It went great. Rick is super experienced, nice to work with and very professional. He’s personable but tells you how it is, so expectations are met every step of the way. The guys were nice, they took good care of our stuff, and packed how we wanted. Also, we had a lot of Art, and they handled it really well. Ask for Rick, Pedro and Jay.

I needed to cancel at the last minute and they worked with me. I definitely would choose them again when needed.

Rick and his team were awesome! They were quick and efficient. They handled everything with such care. Would hire them in a second. Audra at the office who scheduled my move was so nice and was available to answer my questions and concerns.

I hired this company to move my house on February 1, 2020. The reason I hired them because they had an excellent reputation. What a mistake! While generally, everything was ok, they scratched a floor in the old house very badly. When I filed a claim though, I learned that they liability insurance... non-existent! yes, they will produce an insurance certificate, but you will never see any money if your stuff is damaged. Generally nice and prompt company owner started to act as a scam artist. At first, he and his agent were discussing how to fix the damaged floor, but after it turns out that it cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced they changed their position. They started to claim that... there was no damage whatsoever! In spite of the photographs and witnesses! I am in shock! I am filing a complaint with an Attorney General and probably will be forced to hire an attorney. The damage amount exceeds what they charged me for the move.

After submitting a quote request I made a phone call to Joseph's . Patrick answered the phone and after some "hemming and hawing" was able to share with me that he had "not seen" my email quote request. We initiated a discussion of sorts that immediately headed in the wrong direction. With apologies to Patrick but the questions posed to me were open ended enough or too vague that I felt it necessary to provide or volunteer additional information in order to receive an accurate quote. I don't know if there is an allergy to pens or note taking but when engaged in presenting a possible bid I like to have a sense that questions are following an organized format. That eliminates the possibility of misunderstanding between the agent and the party submitting the request. Above all else Rule#1 that is repeated again and again especially in consumer publications like Angie's List is that all bids prior to a move are put in writing. As a supposedly well regarded "A" rated business it should be expected to follow this protocol. Patrick's refusal to offer a re-cap of our discussion strongly signaled an unwillingness to be forthcoming and direct. As always there are circumstances and events that will change the bid. I think that any soundly and fundamentally well organized business involved with contractual services will follow professional recognized standards . The other fundamental violation that occurred in this train wreck of a conversation is to speak over any part of a conversation that a customer is having with a business. What came through at the end was impatience and a increased sense of urgency to finish our call. Patrick must in his newly found status as an "A" rated Angies List business is properly plan for the increased number of inquiries and business activity. I find the "A" rating a hoax.

The service was great. They came on time, finished 2 hrs early and no damages. They did a great job and they were very professional. They handled everything perfectly.

Everything was excellent and I have referred them to others.

It was a great experience. From the perspective of I needed something done quickly. They were able to accommodate me on a short notice. They were very efficient. The most affordable.

It was awesome. They did a phenomenal job. I plan on hiring them again once I get to my new home. Their rates were lower than other competitors.

So on the spot I had to rent a 10'x10'x25' unit for almost twice the money. The goods were not packed in tight and only about 75% of the room was used. We just had the goods loaded by another firm onto a Penske 8'x8'x26' truck (great product) and the goods fit into the first 19' of the truck. Needless to say the Joseph's people were way off and cost us a lot more money for storage. Also one of the china boxes. marked "Fragile" was put on the bottom of a stack and the box is crushed on the bottom. I have pictures of the box when it was uncovered in the unit. Needless to say we would not recommend this company to anyone.

I spoke with Tina in the office. She was AMAZING! She was so patient and understanding! She answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I called back a few days later and almost cancelled...The owner, Patrick was incredibly rude to me. BUT, I called back later and talked to Tina and she made everything all better! The movers were great. Very respectful of our home and our belongings. Thank you Tina and the movers at Joseph's Moving for taking some of the stress out of a stressful move.

Only four weeks earlier Arizona Discount Movers moved the same furnishings from the mid-Phoenix location (on a Saturday) to the same senior living facility. Their services included dis-assembly of the bed, all packing, loading on the truck, driving to southeast Phoenix location, off-loading the truck, placing all furnishings as directed and re-assembling the bed. Arizona Discount Movers were professional, courteous and helpful in all ways. Their full charge was $500. Joseph's Moving and Storage, especially their owner (Patrick Joseph), acted without a sense or morals in gouging us an extra $400 for a less complex move and one that took place in the same building. Patrick showed no sign of remorse and was unwilling to adjust his charge. This experience was no different than a theft of $400.

When my closing date on my new house was moved and wouldn't coincide with the closing of my existing home, I called to ask about storage, which despite the name, they do not provide. After learning that I told the gentleman that I would need to make some calls to work out what I was going to do about storage and was treated rudely and accused of not being honest with him. He point blankly accused me of stringing them along and not being honest about my intentions and then asked if he could book someone else in my slot. After the way I was treated I said no problem, I won't be using your services. It was a real shame because the woman who handled the intial call to give the qoute and set up a time was polite and helpful.

They were very flexible when my move date got adjusted at the last minute. They gave an accurate quote over the phone, arrived when they said they would, and did a nice job. They were very quick. Finished in less than 4 hours.

These guys were great, they did more then most, I had a large tv that was too small for the space I wanted it in. The guys removed the back of the cabinet and it fit perfect. Thanks!

The movers arrived Sunday morning at the exact time they said they would. When they arrived we were told about fuel charges and check fees that were not part of the original quote. The movers worked quickly and asked a lot of appropriate questions before they just moved our things. The movers were done in about two and a half hours. I spoke to ?the boss? on the phone and he asked if we were satisfied with the service. He did give me an Angie?s List discount. Later that evening we noticed a large scratch on our brand new hardwood floor near a piece of our furniture they moved. I?m certain the scratch was not there before as the floors were installed and inspected the day prior and there was nothing in that room. I called the company and was told the boss would be in contact with me. He called about an hour later. I explained the scratch on the floor and how I believed the movers were responsible for it. He listened attentively and sent the movers to our house to evaluate it. We told the movers we were quoted $50 to fix the scratch. The movers claimed they couldn?t have done it, but would call their boss with their report. I haven?t heard from anyone since then and it has been over a week. If the company wasn't going to claim responsibility they could have called and let me know. Instead, I haven?t heard anything. A simple follow up call may have yielded a positive review.

The 3 man crew arrived 15 minutes early for a Sunday job which is normally their day off. Everything was wrapped before being loaded on the truck at no extra charge. They worked quickly and didn't stop to take breaks. The whole 1100 square foot apartment was packed up,moved, and unloaded in less than 3 hours without any damage. The men were very professional and polite, even playing and joking with my 15 month old daughter who was close at their heels as they went along! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an efficient, professional moving experience.

It went great! They showed up on time (actually about 15 minutes early). Three guys, very professional and polite, walked through the place with us so we could give them directions about how we wanted things done and in what order, and they went right to work. They wrapped everything, took great care with things, worked really hard the whole time, and got the job done in a timely manner. The move went very well!

An excellent experience. They sent a crew of three, one of which was team leader. He gathered all the important information before they began moving anything. They handled items with care and they did it all very quickly.
