I was impressed with the quality of Inspired LED's products and service. I am a home renovator who discovered Inspired LED from a client. I now recommend Inspired LED's product to all my clients looking for LED lights. During my first install, I installed the LED light strips under each kitchen cabinet to light the countertops. Each strip worked off a single transformer, using standard thermostat wires. Their screw-in terminals made the process easy and pleasant and everything worked better than expected. They recommended a great dimmer for low-volt applications that added a great final touch. What impressed me most was the service. Since I was not familiar with their products the first time that I used them, I called with numerous questions. Everyone at the company who I talked to was clearly knowledgable about the products and answered all my questions thouroughly and with patience. They had great advice and tips to make the project a success, which is quite important to me. They walked me through the installation process and options and even sent me a spreadsheet to help calculate the transformer needs for future projects. I would expect a premium for such quality service, but was amazed with the pricing. I've looked at similar systems through electric wholesalers where the transformer alone cost almost as much as the entire system provided by Inspired LED. For the end user, I'm equally confident that you'll have a great experience. My client informed me of his experience and it was similar to mine. They clearly made the process easy for both my client and for me. The end result was a great addition to a kitchen renovation and a very impressed installer. Keep up the great work!
