+ -1 moreI have used Housemaster 6 times, the first 4 were done by Gene and John. The last 2 were done by Hal. The first 4 were flawless, the last 2 not so much. Hal moved a dryer and caused the vent to come apart, on another he was told it was for VA money and that was the only termite form we needed. He referenced the state form on the bottom of the VA form and refused to change it. We hired another local Pest Co. to re-inspect and use the form we needed... more $$ out. When Gene and John can do the job I might consider using this firm again...
Description of Work: A home and termite inspection to be preformed during the due diligence period of a home purchase.

+ -1 moreThe entire process went smoothly and efficiently, from calling the office to set up the appointment to the inspection itself and the report delivery. Chuck was professional and courteous, answering any questions and clearly explaining the inspection and his report. The report was delivered within hours of the inspection and was very easy to read and navigate. I would definitely recommend HouseMaster to anyone in the home buying process or real estate industry!
