Description of Work: I had a Hale pet door in the glass of my arcadia door. One of my dogs rammed into the glass and shattered the door so I needed to replace the glass as well as put a dog door in the wall. I have used Hale for years for my dog door needs. | |The technician arrived 2-1/4 hrs late and was here for 4 more hours. Although I wasn't asked when I ordered the dog door to go into the wall, it seemed to be a problem that I had a triple outlet that had to be moved. That required a trip to Home Depot. Finally the dog door was put in the wall and it looks great. Then I had another appt to have the glass placed back in the arcadia door. Since I didn't have the gasket around the door that broke, they had to come back yet again. The door doesn't really fit correctly and leaks. This turned out to be a three week ordeal with the heat over 105 and a pane of broken glass. I don't know that I would use them again. Their customer service has gone downhill I feel.

Description of Work: Did a glass pet door install in french door at new house. High quality! Looks and functions great. Took a little longer than expected, but understandable as glass install was a custom order pane of glass with cut-out portion to accommodate the pet door. Service tech was great! Would definitely use Hale again.
