best service from day one. Sales person was incredibly knowledgeable, the work crew of two showed up exactly on time, and did GREAT work. Chaz and Xavier were the crew for our job, and they were efficient, speedy, and very careful to do the job correctly. Any questions we had were answered fully, with a smile, and it was great to have them here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! WE LOVE the coating ... it won't be damaged with tire marks, and has a lifetime guarantee.

This was the second job for which I chose Guardian Garage. As witht he first, the job was excellent. The two employees were great, paid attention to detail, were knowledgeable and efficient.

We had our concrete driveway and sidewalks covered. The workers were knowledgeable, professional, , courteous, friendly and worked hard. They were on time. We are thrilled with the result.

All started with Jon who came out to do the estimate. Knowledgeable, well prepared and efficient. Price was a little higher than others, but product and options are far superior. Went out of their way to fit me in to a full schedule to help us out. Much appreciated. Crew showed up right on time! Can't say enough about the quality of the installation crew. Keenan, Jakoby, Luke and Zay were courteous and friendly, very efficient , and very well organized. Really enjoyed watching them work. Did a great job of explaining the process and the finished floor is beautiful! Nicest one I've had. Whole experience was great! Will recommend to others.

Bryce and his team were very quick, professional and nice. The first team was nice too when they came and did an assessment of the floor. When scheduling, make sure to reply back for confirmation. It's not like Home Depot where it's one and done, Guardian looks for additional confirmation right before the date you scheduled.

Leo and Jacoby were the best installers we have seen. They were friendly, polite, punctual and provided the highest quality product we could have asked for. They told us an estimate of their time frame to complete and were right on. They cleaned up after they were done and left the area in better shape than when they arrived. We could not be more pleased.

The finished product is great. And everything about the experience was excellent, from sales, scheduling, and installation (2 garages). The installers Abel, Jerome, Chase, and Fernando were professional and courteous, and they did a great job.

I give Guardian Garage Floors a solid 5! The installers Abel & Jerome were amazing. They arrived on time and explained every step of the process to me. The floor was completed way faster than I expected. The installers did an awesome job of cleaning up after the installation. Abel explained I needed to wait 24 hours before our vehicles returned to the garage. Abel also advised 48 hours would be optimal. I waited the extra 24 hours and was very satisfied that I did. The floor looks like a Car Dealership floor. I only had one issue â The floor looks so stunning; I may have to buy a new vehicle to place in the garage!

From Garrison the estimator, to Bryce, Harvey and Fernando the installers everything went great. They worked together very well by double checking everything was done perfectly on the Polyaspartic garage floor coating they put down. I had used Guardian once before and would recommend them to anyone wanting a durable great looking floor.

GREAT experience. They showed up on time and did a great job. They kept a clean work environment and very engaging with us as we came out to watch the process and explained what they were doing. very clear instructions after work was done on how to care for the floor. A little pricey but you get a 1st class product. They have been around and the lifetime warranty really sold us. We would use them again - and probably will with another project.

This project went seamlessly from start to finish. Jon was phenomenal. He was thorough in touting the product, service and company, without overselling. He had great suggestions and advice. He clearly knows his business and was happy to provide information whether we went with them or another epoxy company. The end result exceeded our expectations. We are DELIGHTED!

Overall the job was excellent and the gentlemen that did the work were very through, friendly and knowledgeable about the work they were doing. I have NO complaints or concerns about the flooring, it came out very nice and we are quite pleased.

We had Bryce and Jeff two of the top installers of the company complete the Polyaspartic Polyera garage floor as well as our front porch. We booked our appointment at the Phoenix Home Show and were very pleased how it turned out.
