 + -1 moreIt was not resolved. My wife paid the transportation to send the damaged article back to the Company in Arizona. We just want a wooden four drawer file cabinet in the color of Palmento. I am an Army veteran with 35 years of service to my Country and this is the treatment and respect that I received from this Company.
Description of Work: This is a very poor service company. My wife ordered a wood file cabinet from this company. The company shipped to us a file cabinet that had a cracked wood frame, broken front top, locks without keys and the wrong color from what we ordered. The cabinet was not damaged in shipment but was damaged goods from the supplier or Furniture Creations. My wife spent several days on the telephone trying to resolve the issue with the company. They refused to offer a full refund of the purchase price and informed my wife that since we accepted delivery of the item, we would have to get it repaired or haul it to the local landfill.
