 + -1 moreBecause of all the poor ratings I could find when doing research, I was very apprehensive. However, because of the professionalism and personal service and attention to detail, all fears were allayed. Flooring 2 day contacted a local family owned / operated installer from the valley and they were not only professional, they were expedient. In fact, the installer found a bad box and refused to use it, stating that if he wasn't happy with installing this in his own home, then he shouldn't expect me to have inferior product. A new replacement box was ordered immediately. I wish more people would give their "good" reviews as well as bad. This way it would help in making good value judgments. I almost missed out on having a great job performed because of the amount of negative reviews. I'm glad I changed my mind and went with my instinct.
