ELITE COUNTERTOPS

I stopped at Elite's facility one afternoon on my way home. After explaining what I wanted, Bill provided me with a sample kit, and described the steps involved in getting a price, if we found a color we liked. Once we selected a color, I provided rough measurements to Bill, and he provided a price within 2 days. When I informed him the price was acceptable, he sent me a written quote, scheduled templating, and installation of the counter top, all of which took only 2.5 weeks. Everyone did a great job. They returned calls and arrived on-time for appointments. The people who worked in our home were organized, careful, and left things clean when they finished.

We met the company at a home show and were impressed with their presentation, personalities and prices. We chose them to do the work and were extremely pleased with everything! They worked within our tight schedule and the product received was as expected. When we had to make slight changes in scheduling, they were flexible and accommodating. They really pride themselves on customer satisfaction came back to make slight adjustments since the job was technically done. During that visit, Jessy went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and said to call with any questions or concerns and he would be available!
