+ -1 moreTHE WORK IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. WE HAVE HAD ELEMENT HOMES COME AND DO SOME REPAIRS FOR US AND THAT WORK IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THIS IS OUR 4TH HOUSE AND 3RD NEW BUILD IN 7 YEARS. OF ALL THE HOMES WE HAVE HAD BUILT, THIS HOME WAS BY FAR THE BEST. THERE WAS MORE TIME TAKEN AND WE HAD A WONDERFUL SUPERINTENDENT AND SALES STAFF THAT MADE SURE ALL OF OUR REQUESTS AND NEEDS WERE MET. IT WAS IF OUR HOUSE WAS PERSONALLY HAND BUILT. WE WERE ONE OF THE FIRST TO BUY AND WE HAD NOT HEARD OF THIS HOMEBUILDER BEFORE. FRIENDS OF OURS WERE HAVING ONE BUILT IN ANOTHER SUBDIVISION AND THAT IS HOW WE HEARD THE NAME. SINCE THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT RIGHT AND IT HAS EVERYTHING WE WANTED IN A HOME, WE INTEND ON STAYING IN THIS ONE FOR MANY YEARS TO COME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO BUILD A NEW HOME.
Description of Work: ELEMENT HOMES DESIGNED AND BUILT OUR HOME. THEY BEGAN IN MARCH OF 2004 AND FINISHED AUGUST, 2004.
