Very poorly. My two new windows were "professionally painted" - CLOSED!! Brand New Double hung windows that won't open!!! Literally painted the white plastic slides on the windows which render the windows inoperable. Took one entire day with paint remover to get them to open. This doesn't count the time we've not spent sanding the finish because it's so rough due to paint blobs and globs that make the windows literally feel like sandpaper to the touch. It started poorly on the very first experience when they underbought the paint for a brand new closet that needed to be painted one day before the closet shelving and bars were installed so they thinned it down so much that there were giant drip marks and drips from the watered paint flowing down the walls when they left. Fortunately most of the closet install covered the biggest portions. Should have changed painters then but was assured it was a one time issue. From then on the paint was so thick I( think they mixed previous paint jobs with our paint and/or never cleaned their brushes in the two weeks it took to get it done) as we had more pieces of old paint in new paint than I can count. Was told we could "blue tape" the areas that needed to be fixed but the final result had at least 2-4 "globs" of paint in all areas painted that can't be fixed easily. If you take a putty/trowel to pick off the paint it leaves giant patches coming off rendering a big section now in need of painting. Splatter on expensive dark wallpaper was unable to be removed without taking off color of wallpaper so literally needed to buy a matching paint color and spend several hours hand paintaing with a fine paint brush on each splatter mark to cover the white specks on dark brown ostrich-textured wallcovering. One new door has brush marks and painted door hinges that make it embarassing to look at while you use the abode right next to the door. They seemed annoyed and made us feel we were being demanding when we just asked to have the gloss finish paint sanded back down to cover the caulking they needed to do- that wasn't done prior to finish paint. That part of the job - the crown molding - only looks passable because we had them redo it and because it's higher than one can actually see up close. Super bummed. Trying to put screens on today to double hunts that shouldn't have even been repainted. we find those plastic slides were not only painted but the window were painted with such thick paint we had to use a crowbar to get them open. Now have crowbar marks in our front windows that will take at least another day to try to hide. BEWARE!! Do not use this company.
