Courteous and professional! Great job! Had not been to my house in a little while, but still remembered my preferences!

Communication was a bit lacking - I had to try several times to actually get to talk with someone to schedule the full house cleaning I purchased through an Angie's List special. But they arrived on time and were very thorough and professional. They were especially attentive to the areas I pointed out when they arrived. They even washed the floor as they left the house, so every spot was clean. I am very happy with the work they did and would hire them again without hesitation.

Terri and 2 others cleaned my house 3 times ,Did an awesome job, great price and very through . UNTIL Terri cleaned the grates on my stove the chemical took the finish off my sink . I had to replace the SINK ,sooooo the drains and the faucet also had to be replaced ... Terri put it through her Insurance ..... The research for a new sink ect. took months to get the new sink installed ..... 11/25/15 The insurance would not cover the cost of the faucet . I called 2X's to talk to Terri ....I am still waiting for a call back. I talked to Tracy . Today is 2/9/2016 , I'm very disappointed that NO follow through on how every thing turned out for me from the OWNER of a business,

There were three of them, and they toured the house, discussed the plan and then got to work. They worked for about 3 hours, and were very thorough. The gentleman that did the floors in my living room neglected to tell me that he damaged the wall with the handle of his floor cleaner, but that was the ONLY disappointment.

We purchased the service for our daughter with 3 boys ( 4, 2 and 2 months). She was extremely pleased with the service and thinking on continuing since now that she is back to work.

They did a very thorough cleaning job. I paid $5 per window to have them cleaned and the ones they could reach, did the outside of them and looked very nice. The only thing they forgot (and I didn't notice until later) is to dust my blinds, probably because they were up when they cleaned the windows, so I can see the oversight. Otherwise, I was very happy with work Terri and her team provided!

The poor grade is not a comment on the company's work and from other reviews it seems they are very good. I will assume my experience was a fluke, but I'll write about it anyway to inform potential clients and in the hopes that it prompts better communication. I arranged for a home visit and estimate, which went well. Terri was punctual and professional. The price was very reasonable and I had a positive impression, so I wanted to go ahead an schedule a cleaning. Tracey contacted me promptly and we set up a cleaning for the following week as well as monthly visits for the rest of the year. Very organized, so far so good. The day of the first scheduled cleaning, I got a call about 20 minutes before the appointment from Tracey saying we'd have to reschedule. Fine, though I had cleared my morning just to be home that day, but I understand things happen. We rescheduled for a few days later, for a Saturday at 2:00. This would be fine, though I had a 2:45 appointment, but I figured, I could be home to open the door and answer any questions, and then hopefully make it back before they finished. 2:00 came and went, so I called Tracey at 2:15 saying I would have to leave at 2:30 and hopefully someone would arrive in the next fifteen minutes. At 2:30 I sent her a message via Angie's list saying I had to leave, and that since it was our second try, I would move on and try another company. To be clear, I don't begrudge any service provider for occasionally running late. I understand these things happen. I had never hired a house cleaner before either, so i didn't know if being late is common. Perhaps that is the case, and I should have stressed the importance of punctuality? Not because I'm a vip or anything, but because I often have my own work and appointments to get to. I think the company is in the process of hiring new people to replace workers who left for school, so my guess is that they are taking on more than they can handle at this time. In which case it would have been fine for them to tell me they can't take on my business. A phone call before 2:00 would have been nice too. I did get a voicemail nearly an hour after the appointment time. Oh well. I liked dealing with Tracey and Terri and it sounds like their customers are very happy with their work. I wish it had worked out for us too, but alas, it wasn't meant to be. Good luck!

I was very impressed. they did a very good job and I have hired them to clan my home regularly.

I was very pleased with the service! The team of three cleaners came in and got right to work without delay. They were quite thorough and did an excellent job of cleaning our home. They literally wet mopped themselves out the door. They were pleasant and worked quite hard! I think they did a terrific job -- my wife was pleased as well! We had a coupon for the initial cleaning, hence the cost noted, but I look forward to having them return to work for us again!

Tracey and her team were wonderful and so detail oriented. The house is incredibly clean and I will definitely use DM Cleaning again!

It went very well, they came in with a crew of 4 girls & went to work right away & didn't stop for 2 hours! They did a great job, & we were very satisfied, they are coming back for monthly cleanings

Called them to clean my rental property (two story house)--they cleaned every room perfectly--including the inside of the fridge. I stupidly forgot to tell them I'd set the water heater on "vacation," so there was little hot water. So they microwaved their own! KInd of impressive!! They came on time, did all the work they said they would thoroughly, and were very responsive and professional.

They were wonderful, courteous, friendly & the work was perfect. I m very particular. every source inch of my home was awesome!.

My home and office are cleaned on time and it is rare that I have any issues. In the office envioronment we deal with confidential documents which the DM cleaning people insure are disposed of in the appropriate shredding bins, I have had other vendors who did not follow these instructions on more than one occasion and threw sensative material in the general waste area. This was caught on each occasion but could have been a potential liability for my firm. In my home they are helpful with my pets and even have assisted me with contractors who were scheduled to arrive when I could be home. They are trustworthy, reliable and the quality of work is excellent. My [pricing is a little higher I believe than a standard cleaning but as I said they provide services such as laundry, grocery shopping and dry cleaning pick up as well.
