Desert Rose Door Refinishing

Description of Work: They consulted with me regarding whether or not I should refinish both the interior and exterior of our oversized front door. I only refinished the exterior. They were timely and efficient, but they left before the job was totally completed. I had to have them come back later to complete the finishing touches. Overall they did a great job and I would have them back again if needed.

Description of Work: Once we were able to settle on a date, the team arrived on time and performed the work in a professional manner. I originally wanted a polished finish to our existing 30+ year old solid wood door, but was advised that a matte finish would last longer. I am somewhat disappointed in that the finish looks bubbly and seems to attract more dust than before. If I had my druthers, I would have selected the gloss to match the original.

Description of Work: They re-aligned the entry door. Experience was very good. There was some delay in response by the office initially, which was explained as system problems. After that, everything went great.

Description of Work: Desert door took off my front entry door and completely repaired and refinished it. The door looks brand new. The entire crew where knowledge and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will be using their annual maintenance program. $120 a year will keep my door looking brand new. Don and the guys are outstanding. Description of Work: We were looking to replace our painted, wood front doors, and saw the advertisement for Desert Rose. Rose came out and did an evaluation of the door, and we got an estimate that day. The doors turned out beautiful and look like new. Instead of spending thousands on new doors, we spent 1200 for refinished doors, and couldn't be happier. We're thrilled we didn't replace good, quality wood doors. I would highly recommend.
