Desert Computer Solutions

I was quoted a repair time of 24-48 hours. It took twice that long, but the work was well done and the iPad works as good as new.

I purchased a computer from an individual who represented the desktop computer as a new build. After fooling around with repeated calls to get an intermittent shut down problem resolved for a business desktop computer, I called Desert Computer to get the problem(s) resolved. I have dealt with Desert computer at least 4 times over the past few years - always with great service and results. I delivered the computer on 10/24. They ran it through diagnostic programs. True to form - it shut it down "in the process". I was called by Brian who advised several options to fix this box. Ultimately what it took was a new power supply, a new case (because of loose hard drives from the first build), and new cooling fans (because the radiator/liquid cooling was not factory and was leaking). On 10/30 we picked it up and brought it back. We were shown the parts which were removed and asked if we wanted them. we declined and let the recycle it. There have been no further issues with the computer since it was finished. We will always go to Desert Computer Solutions in the future for our computer needs and will not even consider any other sources.

My laptop had this black screen and I was so worried that I lost all of my files. I called Desert Computer Solutions to fix and spoke with the owner Chris. He came right out to my house and fixed my computer and I was able to get all my photos and files back. He was reliable with a fair price. I had called another company prior and they never showed up. I was very impressed and will recommend him to my friends.
