Owner came out and gave an estimate for house cleaning including carpets. Next week showed up with 2 employess and the 3 of them worked nearly 6 six hours with only short break. He brought in 2 fellows to do the carpet and they did excellent job. Carpets looked like new again. Spent a lot of time in bathrooms and kitchen. Dusted all blinds. Very pleased with their work and felt pricing very reasonable.

We couldn't ever get our schedules to meet. They couldn't come except for Saturdays because they are so busy. It just wasn't working out. I just decided to get a refund on the deal.

My rental townhouse needed to be cleaned between tenants. Dazzle were punctual and professional, and I'm very happy with the result. Dazzle did an estimate on Friday morning and performed the service on Tuesday afternoon. Would use again, either for the rental or my own home.

We decided the quote was too high for the first six hours so we didn't choose them.

I was extremely happy with the services provided by Disraeli and his staff (3 people total). Starting with the quote being on a Saturday and then the actual cleaning performed on the following Wednesday at 8 am. Disraeli actually needed to ask a present client to allow him to slightly push their cleaning out so he could do our cleaning as soon as he could, needed it to be completed prior to end of month. On cleaning day, arrival was right on time, allowed them to work at their own with no supervision, after 4 hours was called to come and inspected the property. The entire house was impressive, it was as clean as it had ever been, maybe cleaner. All items were performed to the highest degree of satisfaction. I must mention how clean the shower enclosure was, it was amazing. Wish I knew what they used, but the glass was spotless, and we here in Arizona know how hard the water is and how spotted the glass and the metal support pieces get from taking showers on a daily basis. They were cleaner than I had ever seen them. That alone convinced me to use their service again and again. Thank you Disraeli for your wonderful service, it was a great experience and I will highly recommend your business in the future.

Just sold my parents home and needed to have it cleaned. Called Dazzle Clean Professionals and spoke with owner, Disraeli Villalobos. It was refreshing to actually speak to a person rather than an answering machine. We made an appointment to meet at the house the next day for an estimate. Disraeli was very professional in appearance and manner. We ageed on a price and the crew finished the job today. I am very pleased with the job they did and would use them again.

They did a good job, worked from arrival to departure and never stopped. When they moved things or unplugged appliances, they did not place back the same nor re-plug, other wise good.

Dazzle cleaned my townhouse after I moved out for renters. They also cleaned the grout and sealed the tile. The owner came out the day I called them for a quote. Once the service was scheduled they were on time and completed everything as expected. Even though I am a very clean person, they were able to clean the little items I missed with regular cleaning including the appliances. The place looked great for the tenants that moved in. This was bad. They had a special running for new people, and I had not used them before. He charged me more than he said he would when he got here. He critized other house cleaners, but I had to call them at least 3 times before they left for obvious things. It took him forever to do anything. Then he said it would cost $600 to do a house like mine. I have Spic and Span and they come in every week and only charge me $100. DAZZLE CLEAN PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS™ is bad and he charges you more than what he says he is going to, he does not give the break (the special). He comes across as professional, but is not.

After 4 months of absence my house needed someone very good to get back in shape. Dazzle Clean were fantastic.They were on time, stayed until the entire house was perfect and even if they spent more time than expected, they did not raise the estimate. I like them a lot, and will continue to use their services in the future. I recommend them highly.

The representative was available immediately to come to my house, listen to my requests, tell me what they could and could not do, provide an estimate for the services, and schedule the cleaning within 2 hours of my initial call (at EXACTLY the agreed time). The cleaning team arrived at EXACTLY the agreed time. They were all professional and hard working. They brought all of their own cleaning equipment, including dust removing air handling devices to completely remove the dust from the house, instead of just dusting it from one place to another. This was especially important to me, since the house had a thick layer of dust from drywall construction and the recent haboob. I was aware that the team would not do the windows, and also that they could not wash things in my washer. They did however, put clean bedding that I had provided on all the beds. At the completion of the project, I did a walk through with the team leader to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction as agreed. I mentioned two minor items which were corrected immediately. This is by far the most professional cleaning organization that I have used. The most significant factor is that I felt that I could completely trust the crew in my house. I also felt completely informed about what needed to be done, what could be done and what couldn't be done. (My sink was stained with construction materials beyond their ability to correct it, which they made me aware of from the initial estimate.) I recommend this company without hesitation. They will do a good job for you.

I was in the market for regular cleaning services, and I did a lot of research including hiring multiple companies to test them out. I really couldn't be more pleased with this service. Everyone is friendly and professional, they are always on time, the cleanings are always pristine (and I'm very particular), and the prices are great. But what I like most of all is the fact that, if they have extra time, they often do extra. Sometimes they clean the top of my fridge or my wooden blinds - which is very impressive to me since I know they don't have to do that. Despite the fact that I'm cutting back on unnecessary expenses (aren't we all), I find this one to be at the very top of my "keep" list.

Wow. These folks exceeded all of our expectations. We expected clean but their definition of clean goes beyond ours. Perhaps that says something about us but I think it is about the level of completeness and professionalism they show. First, They arrive precisely on time for both the estimate and the actual work. The doorbell rang at exactly the time of the appointment. They brought air cleaning machines with them to control any dust that they might stir up. They worked consistantly and efficiently. Though they went slightly over the time estimate, they charged exactly what we agreed. After the job was complete we did a walk through and several days later he called to assure that we were satisfied. Of course we will call them again. I wish there were more providers of services performing at this level of excellence,
