Superior service. The house sparkles when Dazzle Clean is done. The wood floors look fantastic; carpet and rugs have been vacuumed; bathroom mirrors are crystal clear, tubs and showers shine. The house smells great, too!

Recently, we had a slightly unfortunate incident... a house keeper dropped the glass microwave tray and shattered it on the kitchen floor. Within, 10 minutes of the incident I received a call from a manager who apologized and got the model number of the built-in microwave. Within 2 hours, we'd received a confirmation email for the shipment of a replacement tray. This morning, I've found another email confirming that the replacement tray will arrive tomorrow morning because Dazzle Clean paid for expedited shipping. Talk about handling a possibly negative situation in the most positive possible way! This is just another example of how dedicated Dazzle Clean is to making my wife and I happy customers. We couldn't be more pleased with their service and highly recommend them to you!

Disraeli and his team do excellent work, they are very professional and I recommend them highly. I think the price may be more expensive than some other services might charge for the size condo, however, the slight extra cost is well worth it when you are hiring professionals who do quality work.

My first impression when meeting them for a quote was very professional. You could tell the company culture promotes attention to detail. I felt comfortable with them in my home right away. They two ladies who performed the actual cleaning were also very professional, polite and made me feel very comfortable. As for the actual cleaning itself all I can say is wow! I was amazed at how clean everything was. Hard water spots blemishes that I could not remove for years were gone. I haven't seen my appliances gleam like this since they were new. I also have to say that I ad recently used another house cleaner on here that gets high ratings and they did half the job that Dazzle did for a higher price. I am extremely pleased and will use them again and recommended them to my friends.

I wrote a glowing review about Dazzle Cleaners around the time they'd cleaned our home 3 times. Now that we've been using them for 4 months, I thought I'd provide more feedback. The feedback is simple, this company does an amazingly good job. They are punctual, they're quality of cleaning has remained a 10 out of 10 from first clean until now. They have proven to be absolutely reliable and trustworthy. Very happy that we found this company on Angie's list!

I selected Dazzle Clean based on the reviews from Angie's List and they did not disappoint. Disraeli, the owner, came out to my house the same day to provide a quote. The owner personally came to the first cleaning to make sure his team knew what needed to be done. The cleaning crew was very friendly and efficient. I made the comment to them that my gas stove looked as clean as it did the day I got it. Amazing job! Once they were finished, Disraeli came back to check the work and ensure I was satisfied. After they left, I realized one item on my list was not completed. It was not a big deal since I knew they would be back in four weeks but when Disraeli sent me a text asking how the service was, I mentioned the missing item. He immediately solved the issue by coming back out to my house the same day to finish the work. I could not have been more impressed by the high level of customer service and professionalism provided by Dazzle.

We found Dazzle Clean on Angie's list and selected them based on the high rating and very positive feedback, especially for ongoing cleaning. After leaving a message, the owner, Disraeli, contacted me promptly and then came to our home to look around and quote for an initial cleaning. When cleaners arrived a few days later, Disraeli came with them to make sure the communication hand-off worked. Cleaners were efficient and friendly. The time they took was close to what Disraeli had estimated. The price quoted was the price paid - no surprises. Disraeli returned at the end to walk through the now-clean house to ensure my satisfaction. Based on their professional, honest, punctual, and high-quality job, and based on amazing communication and service, we hired Dazzle Clean to clean every other week. They just completed another fantastic cleaning last Friday. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Best cleaning service either of us have had (and I've been using cleaning services for over 15 years).

I called for an appointment and one of the owners (Disraeli) answered the phone. I set up a cleaning appointment for the following week and they were available on my preferred date. On the day of the cleaning, Disraeli and one helper showed up on time and we first discussed what we wanted cleaned that day. What we wanted done was somewhere in between a routine cleaning and a deep cleaning. They spent about 5 hours meticulously cleaning the house per our instructions and when they were done it looked and smelled great; their attention to detail was superb. A few days later, Disraeli called to follow up and make sure we were satisfied and offered to come back if anything wasn't to our satisfaction. But it wasn't necessary since they did such a nice job. We would definitely recommend them and we scheduled the next two cleanings with them already.

I have been using Dazzle Clean for almost two years. They are very professional and always on time. Should they encounter problems they call to advise of the delay. The quality of their work is very high. They stand behind their work. If anything isn't done to my liking, they will redo it until it is. Usually they come in a crew of three, sometimes two. Generally they take 2.5 to 3 hours approximately to go through the entire house . My house is not big, about 1900 sf and I think the price is very fair. I'm very happy with Dazzle Clean and I hope they will not change in the future. I would hate to lose them.

I couldn't have been more satisfied. Although they arrived a little late (considering the attention they gave my home, I can understand), they were thorough, quick and professional. I intend to use them on a regular basis for a very long time.

The company returned my call for quote quickly. They were on time for the initial meeting and were able to squeeze me in the next day (Saturday) since I had very little time between tenants. They arrived on time for the cleaning and by my best calculation spent between 14-16 man-hours cleaning (starting with three people initially and finishing with two.) Disraeli (owner) was very nice and professional. He did the windows (which is no small feat with security bars.) I was very pleased with the outcome and was able to complete the work I needed to turn the house over to the new tenants.

After the original cleaning had been done there were noticeable discoloration spots on the sofa. I notified the worker, Roberto that I wasn't satisfied with the results of the cleaning. He called the owner, Disraeli, who in turn came back with Roberto's mother, who apparently worked for Disraeli also. Roberto & his mother proceeded to work and scrub the cushions on my sofa again and finally removed most of the discoloration. All of the scrubbing seemed to make the covering on the cushions of the sofa thinner so that now I keep a cover over them in fear that my 9yr old poodle might jump up on it and scratch whereby tearing the cushions. She used to do that to the sofa periodically but now it is definitely considered off limits to her.

We have used this company for almost a year and a half. They continue to do a great job. In the past I have used companies that start off great but then decline. The wonderful people at Dazzle Clean continue to do a great job each and every time. It is so nice to come home to a clean house.

As stated above, they performed extremely well and took care of all that we asked them to do. They are efficient and very thorough.

To be fair, I never made a complaint about the service. He offers guaranteed satisfaction to anyone who is dissatisfied. His protocol is to call back and he will clean what was missed but I really had no time for this. Also, I have never had anyone clean my house before and it was pretty clean to begin with (fresh paint, new floors). All my friends told me I overpaid, although my house is pretty big. I noticed the floors were not as clean as I would have liked.

Dazzle clean responded quickly to our phone call, they worked hard and charged a fair price. We were having our house deep cleaned in preparation for our wedding weekend. We would definitely use them again. The coupon was nice too.
