CUSTOM CREATIONS CONSTRUCTION

It went alright to begin with. One of their electricians cut power to a third of my house for 3 weeks.I repeatedly asked for them to restore it. They finally had another electrician come out who put holes all over my house trying to find out where the cut circuit was. They did find it eventually. Lots of appointments were missed. I called Custom Creations and could not get an answer or past the secretary. When I asked for their boss, he wasn't in.I asked for the boss's boss. He wasn't in either. The drywall texture guy was the last one there. I was leaving town the day he was finishing up. He asked to wash his brushes up outside. I had no problem with that. I left town. I cam back to find white stuff all over my yard and up my wall with dog prints (my dog). I found a a 2 foot by 2 foot and 1/2 foot deep patch of drywall in the middle of my brand new sod I had just put in. Needless to say, I lost that sod.

Custom Creations was subcontracted for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, to supply custom cabinets and to render and install custom granite counter tops for the kitchen and bathrooms as well. They consistently made errors which resulted in cabinets that didn't fit the measured drawings they were given, cabinets that were seriously damaged, poorly constructed, or otherwise inferior in quality, causing delays and cost overruns on our project. They were late rendering the granite for our counter tops and required constant supervision to ensure that they did the job correctly. Their work crew claimed to have used more materials than they actually delivered and claimed that they could not complete the upstairs bathrooms without purchasing more materials. Over the past year, we have made repeated attempts to get Mr. Spann and Custom Creations to account for the missing granite and complete the job without success. Over a dozen phone calls have gone unreturned.
